every thing about this hotel is great. staffs are super friendly and super polite. We met a guy named Burak who was so helpful and kind. He made us feel at home and surprised us with a beautiful designe on our breakfast table, plate of fruits, turkish delights and turkish coffee with cookies. he was a great lovely guy 👍

The sisha lounge in cvk hotel is by far one of the best I have been in Istanbul great service especially semin who gave me one of his special mixes of shisha , the views are also one of the best looking over istanbul , food was also great

We had a wonderful experience only by chance ,we had been lost in the early morning and asked for some directions the morning staff was so kind to help me and my wife to find our location ,as I was in lobby it looked magnificent! The front desk help went above and beyond for a stranger!!! They have been great! Jihane Ahmid was such a blessing to us after discovering that we got lost she helped us again and went above and beyond she hooked us up with WiFi ,she explained about the great shopping nearby and was such a delight to speak with she should be commended on a fantastic job she is doing! She recommended to have breakfast here on the 6th floor Buffet which we did and as soon as we entered it looked amazing and fabulous!! Food was prepared and presented wonderfully!! Mehmet Kanpalta and breakfast staff were so kind and greeting us and seating us immediately and the Turkish coffee was delicious and he was always attentive and treated us as royalty. I would highly recommend this hotel and restaurant…
