With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.

We are visiting istanbul for the first time and found this hotel to be a very good base for checking things out. The main sites are within walking distance and the longer tours leaned from nearby.

The terrace was a good plane for a breeze and view. We didn't realise that it back

Is breakfast only served on top floor terrace? What about elderly people who cannot climb stairs?
Breakfast is in a delightful light and airy ground floor room overlooking gardens. There is no lift, but only 2 flights of curving stairs up to the terrace. They could probably make a bit more of the terrace facility, no refreshments are served there for instance, it's not posh or anything, but I liked it just for the view.

Does the hotel girl guest friendly? Dou you mind if I have a girl with me to come to my room?
I wouldn't know but maybe you can check with the hotel staff. If you book your room on double occupancy then I don't think the hotel should have a problem however you need to check locally for this.

Hi,How about the accessibility to public transportation?
It is in the centre of the old town so I walked everywhere. It is a 10 minute walk to the trams.
