The location of the place is fantastic. It literally right behind Blue Mosque. I walked to all the attractions in Sultanahmet and Sirkeci. Very clean and comfortable in quiet part of the town. In less than 10 mins, you can walk to Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia, in 15 mins you can walk to Topkapi Palace and in 30 mins...

My husband and I had a really nice stay at this little gem! The staff are so friendly and efficient and gave us directions and advice whenever needed. It is very close to all the tourist sites, restaurants and markets. Our room and bathroom was spacious and spotlessly clean, with a little balcony to sit and have a cup of...

Hi, I really like this hotel. A nice lobby, lovely room and roof top breakfast arrangement. It is exactly as shown in the website. The room facing the road with balcony is recommended. Location closed to major sight such as Blue mosque, Hagia Sofia and Topkapi as well as tram for public transport. Thanks to Mr Kamil Kaya for recommending...

Staying in Sultanahmet

Neighbourhood Profile
Sultanahmet
With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.
