Thanks for the lovely and friendly reception. Very instructive and helpful. We went to spa for massage, which was a piece of heaven, very professional and really worthy every penny. Feeling relaxed and easy for your evening.
We stayed here for about 4 nights for a little R&R after attending a conference in Batumi, Georgia. The staff was very welcoming, and Gizem, the guest services manager, was so lovely and attentive. She acknowledged us every time she saw us around the hotel. The executive lounge staff was equally as fantastic. They did a great job catering to my dairy allergy needs. Our room was freshly updated and renovated. The only trouble we had was trying to figure out the uber-modern lightswitches. Great firm bed (hate to admit but more comfortable than our bed at home) and awesome showerhead (yes, very important). The grounds were just beautiful. And being an animal lover and welfare advocate, I enjoyed the entertainment that the cats on the property provided.
The staff are amazing & friendly especially Elif, she treated us like family to be honest and will visit again of course, loved spending time here. The rooms were clean and breakfast was so yummy and everyone was welcoming
I stayed at this hotel about 8 years ago. For this latest visit I was tasked with sourcing the hotel. I had no doubt in my mind which one I wanted. The hotel boasts an old tradition with the Hollywood elite. Which might seem a bit dated but it’s this very thing that makes it unique, a nice touch. It might be old but the hotel very much measured up to the modern traveller, business or otherwise. The facilities, the staff, the food and the room quality is excellent. My dining experience tonight has been made better by Ibrahim and his colleagues. My colleagues and I have had a great evening. Thank you!
This is really the flag ship of Hilton. If not, it should be. Best service, best views, and best food that cannot be compared to other Hilton properties. Huge HH executive lounge with tea time and excellent sweets. Ismail bey at the lounge was very nice and helpful. In fact all personnel goes out of their ways to assist. This was our second time at the same hotel. We stayed 10 days and could spend more time. We are looking forward to our next stay. The clientele has changed a bit. It looks like money talks (Saw people eating with their hands) - beyond control of the hotel of course. THANK YOU
While interesting at first due to the history, this hotel was depressing. Wood panelling, dark carpets, bathrooms that are tiny with no tubs...it just feels so dated. I know they are renovating it bit by bit...but man, it's needed. The staff was ok, and the breakfast, while strangely reminiscent of the mediocre selection at American hotels back home, was fine... The cleaning staff really irked us. They had to be told, every day, to clean the room, and vacuum. They did their jobs, but we had to stay on top of them or they would maybe pick up the garbage and just go. Often, we'd come back to the room after being out for hours and it would not be done. If it was after 15:00 then we were out of luck that day. They have a good gym and deep, warm pool...but the staff yelled at my wife to not take a pool towel back to the room even though she wrapped my kids up in it...and it's a walk through this behemoth of a building. Ridiculous... There were a lot of these stodgy, crummy experiences. The shoe shine guy...who probably shines one shoe a day... got upset at my two-year old for sitting in his chair. He could have chatted with her, laughed it off, heck offered me a shoe shine, instead he grunted angrily at a little kid who was fascinated by a golden chair. The location is solid, not bad. The extra on site restaurants are good, especially the Indian one. However, the whole experience had a 3 to 4 star hotel feel to it. It just did not feel like a place you should spend over $200 a night. It felt like staying at a good, government owned facility... not a five star hotel. There are better Hiltons in Istanbul and better hotels in this price range. Do your homework, check all reviews, not just the superficial ones, and you'll see. Even if you are far from Taksim, the metro system is great...and there are other, less touristy, but good urban cores around Istanbul.…
I would like to thank Ahmed for the perfect assistance and comfortable stay, he was very supportive and welcoming to us as big group, we always stay at hilton because of the customer support we receive from Ahmed and team.
It was a wonderful and historical stay. Also people are so kind and helpful, thanks for them especially Mr. Batuhan. We had experience staying in other Hiltons in Istanbul but the Hilton Bosphorus is the best.
Great breakfast, elegant and beautiful decoration, polit and tentative stuff. Specially Mr. Mehmet Emin. Although there was some cons like the TV in our room was ancient history it didn't have chrome cast. You could hear your neighbor if there was a noisy one. The sanitiser in our floor was always empty
Murahthan helped us a lot and we had a great stay at hilton bosphoros. We enjoyed from welcoming hospitality of Murathan from the reservation until check out. We really recommend this hotel and Murathun gets a 10 out of 10
