We ate at the chalet restaurant and tried fix fondu menu. Everything was great, the ambiance food and a specially service. I would like to thank furkan for his high quality service. I would defiantly recommended this restaurant if you you want to feel yourself in a Swiss mountain :)

Everything was great during my stay. First of all, the lobby of the hotel is on the 9th floor, when you enter, your view is directly to the sea. I stayed in the executive rooms, where there is access to the executive floor, breakfast and dinner are served as happy hour. At happy hour, Mr. Berk presented a great service, took care of all my orders and told me everything I needed to know about the city, also Ramazan Bey at desk was very helpful. He is welcoming you here with a big smile. I want to experience the Indian restaurant next time I come.

My second time here, and everything was perfect especially at Executive lounge. Happy hours was fantastic and beyond standards. Mr.Berk and his team provided excellent service here. Definitely recommend here to enjoy your time with an excellent view of bosphorus
