We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights and our experience here was very pleasant. Adam at the reception was very helpful and kind in guiding us in our travel and giving us a few tips on places to eat. We had got a ground floor room which was a bit noisy at times since it was just at the...

This was a great hotel: economical, clean, out of the tourist sector but a quick walk to all attractions. Local, reasonably priced restaurants nearby. The hotel is located on the perimeter of a calm park. Breakfast was simple, but decent on a rooftop terrace. The two men managing the desk were helpful and friendly and directed us to unassuming but...

Stayed here for 4 nights, the clean room (with not huge but plenty of space), rich Turkish breakfast on the terrasse (one side with view of the Bosphorus and the other of a park with fountain) and friendly staffs left me absolutely nothing to complain. The location is good, too. It's right next to a park in a quiet residential...

There are thousands of hotels in this interesting city and pictures are sometimes misleading but this hotel was nice, clean and friendly. The reservationist greeted us warmly in English, offering us bottled water or tea as we checked in. The rooms were small but clean and there was more water and tea for us there. The air conditioners worked perfectly....

When we showed up the regular guy working there said he only had the room in the basement available (lie) and for an extra 10 euro a night we could upgrade...he showed us the rooms and we decided to stay in the basement. Room was descent with two twin beds...

The city is amazing, it must be visited at least once in the life!!!!!! But the hotel is very bad, the pics on the website look nice, but in the reality the room is very (!) small, the breakfast can't be called breakfast - tea, bad coffee, bread, bad quality ham, vegetables, eggs and that's it. I don't recommend it!

The hotel is suitably located at walking distance from major attractions. The room is small but fairly equipped. I didn't' find the bed or the pillows to be comfortable. The breakfast is just correct as the view from the terrace.

A friend and I spent 8 nights in Istanbul in September 2014, unfortunately not at the Sultans Hotel, but in a hotel next by, Story House Istanbul, which proved to be an awful experience. We were introduced by the owner of our ''hotel'' to the receptionist of the Sultans hotel, as if he owns the place, which is not the...

The hotel is easy to find with the Google map or Tripadvisor app(by the way, this app is great!) considering the fact...
