Hello. I stayed at the hotel Eresin hotel Express from July 23 to August 5 2023 year and I can only express praise for the hotel. The staff is hospitable, professional and kind, and they go out of their way to help you. We were accommodated in a double room with toilet, air conditioning, TV. I can say that the rooms are not big but enough for a short stay. Hygiene is in the first place, as in the room where we stayed but also everywhere in the hotel. The hotel has a private car park. It is close to all major sights in Istanbul and is only a tram ride (T1) away. Also, in the area where the hotel is located, there are enough restaurants for food such as kebab shops, McDonald's, Burger King, ovens, etc. Of course, there are parks for walking around and an exchange office for changing money.

Staff are very polite ,friendly and helpful. Location, very close to tramway and bus station. Cleanliness of the room and bathroom.
But there's no insulation, voices could be heard from adjacent rooms. There isn't any kettle in the room, also water and coffee. Of course there was a hot water machine in the lobby.

I arrived at the hotels mid June, the hotel is located near the tram station and it just couple of meters away. Rooms were very tidy and the staff were very welcoming in general. I’ll definitely stay here next year.

I loved everything about this place. i traveled with my family by car and it was crucial to a place with free parking space. This hotel gave us everything we needed. free parking, clean rooms, cozy environment and friendly service. not to mention this hotel was next to tram, so it was so easy to get to tourist spots in less than 10-15 minutes. Highly recommend it.

My experience here was very present . All the staff was very pleasant and hospitable. The room is very clean with a simple design the bed is comfortable and soft . Cleaning staff was changeing the bedsheets and the towels every day .
