I would give this hotel more than 5 stars if i could. One of the most comfortable stays ever. Hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. Clean premises, well stocked. The breakfast buffet is awesome, large spread and very fresh. A special shout out to Mehmut who will go the extra mile to bring you what you need. Very personable and friendly. I consider myself a perfectionist and i found nothing negative about my experience here., We are a family of four with one teenage kid and we were here for 3 nights.
We had a really nice stay at the neorion hotel. We never had such clean rooms in our hotel, the cleaning ladies were overfriendly and gave us chocolate for christmas. Overall the staff is extremely friendly. Nice breakfast and beautiful spa. I would definetely recommend the massages. The rooftop restaurant at the top of the hotel is the best restaurant we‘ve eaten at in istanbul. We spent time there every day.. + i forgot my wallet in my hotel room, when i came back home i texted them, without hesitate they immediately send me the wallet the same day!!! thanks a lot for the nice stay hotel neorion! We will come back

Neorion hotel at the first glance might look like one of many hotels in Istanbul, but it’s not. What makes it a definite recommendation is its great location, sauna and swimming pool, tidiness, generous and diverse breakfasts and above all, its friendly and hospitable staff. The hotel is within 10 min walk to Hagia Sophia and Grand Bazaar. It’s located right across Galata bridge. Walking across it to Galata tower is highly recommended. Also there are many nice restaurants and cafes there in the neighborhood. Overall, Neorion hotel is a great place to stay for families and couples.
A wonderful hotel on the historical peninsula, you can walk everywhere close. The hotel breakfast is very diverse and fresh, they are all very polite and helpful. There is also a pool and a Turkish bath. The staff all speak English. I had a great time. I highly recommend it.
This small hotel was a real find. Close to the tram service, tourist boat piers, plenty of restaurants and walking distance of many of the main tourist attractions. The room was affordable (around 100 euros per night) and comfortable. The buffet breakfast was generously provided with choices and the staff super friendly and helpful. What more can one say!! Ah yes - a great roof terrace bar and restaurant.
We stayed here for 2 nights but wish it had been longer. Our room was spacious with great views, location excellent & breakfast choices were enormous, good fresh tasty food. Staff also very helpful Would definitely stay again !
I have been visiting Istanbul for Bussines, but through my 7 days visit, the staff made me feel so comfortable that my stay felt like a holiday. Our waiter Mehmet gave us great Tipps and insides to see some great things nearby the hotel. Everyone spoke English and the internet was always super strong. The complementary sauna and Hamam and the coffees & Tee in lobby were excellent. A great place to stay! Thank you for an Sultan experience ✅
Perfect location for seeing all the sights and shopping in the Old City. Wonderful cafe restaurants all around, as well as little bodegas to buy water, etc. The neighborhood is very authentic Istanbul, and also felt very safe. The staff is wonderful, very welcoming and helpful. The room was great, roomy, big bed, great bathroom with shower. And air-conditioning! The hotel is quiet as well, which is a real perk among the noise of Istanbul! We will stay here on every trip to Istanbul, and cannot wait to return.
We recently stayed here with our teenage son and having a family connected room with two bathrooms and two separate sleeping areas really worked so well for us. It was more expensive than a triple room but cheaper (and safer) than two separate rooms. The only issue we had was that the air-conditioning kept cutting out so we'd wake up hot in the middle of the night and have to turn it back on. The cleaning staff were excellent and prompt every day, and also kept us well stocked with water. Location wise, the hotel has a lot to recommend it. The location is great for all the sites in Sultanahmet. It's also close to the tram. Bear in mind though that Istanbul traffic is awful so if you want to go to Beyoglu/Taksim that it will take much longer to get there than the map would suggest. The rooftop restaurant is excellent as well. Breakfast was slightly underwhelming. The staff were really nice but the food options were a little boring, especially the cold meats. Transfers can be arranged through the hotel but make sure to get directions from reception staff on where to meet the driver ahead of your arrival.…
