Stayed at the Fullhouse in 2012. Complete VFM...without a doubt. The manager, Mr. Onur was very helpful and went out of his way to help out at times. The rooms are very basic, but clean and practical. Not a bad location as well. Recommended!

Website photos are definitely distracting. Bad neighborhood. No elevator. Small bathroom without window with an intense smell of mold. Breakfast served in the underground floor without windows consisted of fried zucchini, potatoes, feta cheese, olives, tomatoes, ... Dont expect to find butter or anything to remind a european breakfast.. Overpriced, full of misery especially the kitchen in the room..

We stayed here for couple of days after a 5 stars Hotel on the other side of Istanbul and we felt much more comfortable ourselves here than in the previous Hotel. The staff was super helpful, friendly, always responded immediately for our requests, the room was clean, nice and the breakfast was good. The location was excellent - really near...

We spent 5 nights at Fullhouse residence (reservation via booking.com) and this is definitely a good place to stay and visit Istanbul. Rooms are spacious and clean and we do appreciate the good hot shower and couch after a long day of walking and visits. We also appreciated the nice breakfast with good local and continental dishes. Only 5 min...

The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is quite central close to Taksim with ample public transportation close by - but watch the noise if you get a room towards the street! Our room had some form of defunct ventilation duct that caused much of the street noice; the staff was helpful and understanding but definitely lacking in...

Contrary to some previous reviews we thought this was a great value aparthotel style hotel room. Very spacious rooms which included a fridge, gas hob and cooking utensils, two minute walk to Taksim square and a decent breakfast (watermelon, cherries, cheeses, jams, honeys, cereals, boiled eggs etc - standard Turkish hotel breakfast really). If you cross the main road directly...

We spent 4 nights in Fullhouse boutique, we had a suite with a tiny balcony (that is a separate room & living room + a small kitchen). The hotel looks more like a tiny building with apartments rather than a hotel. It’s clean, beds are very comfy & rooms are spacious (beside the bathroom), if you’re looking for more than...

Alright..there is this little room, kind of bureau which is considered the reception. A bunch of men of whom you don't know who is in charge for what. Actually there was between all those men only one younger, who was friendly and trying his best. The rest watching YouTube Videos instead of helping you when there was again and again...

We stayed for five nights in Fullhouse Residence. Very friendly staff. Rooms are modern, clean and spacious. Bathroom has a good and hot shower. The matress springs on our bed were a little to hard, but when you walk in Istanbul for days you will sleep anyway...haha. It can be a little noisy in the neighbourhood sometimes, especially during a...

Staying in Beyoglu

Neighbourhood Profile
Beyoglu
Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights, shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of people. At the avenue’s northeastern end is expansive Taksim Square, thought by many to be the very heart of the city, with many of Turkey’s most renowned restaurants and some of Europe’s most happening nightlife in close proximity. In striking contrast, Beyoglu’s less trafficked areas – such as the affluent Cihangir and the antiques district of Cukurcuma – exude Old World charm and provide contemplative calm and splendid diversion via an assortment of cozy cafes, attractive boutiques, and quiet lanes.

“The rooms on the ground and lower levels are smaller with the exception of 201 but we needed them for elderly group members, if you want larger rooms--make sure you ask--although, even the smaller rooms are beautiful and pretty standard European sized...just small compared to American hotel rooms.”
