I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights with my wife and 13-moth-old daughter as part of a 3 week holiday to Turkey. The Hotel is beautifully designed and decorated and has a fresh feel to it. It is also in a great location and the staff were amazing (we stayed at 5 hotels on our holiday and the Turkish...

I don't get what the hype about this place is about. It doesn't live up to what it promises especially not for the price. The staff was rude and the place was extremely overpriced. The breakfast was just ok, we just tried it once and couldn't stomach it so we didn't care to try it out again.

It was such a pleasant stay..... The stuff is brilliant and helpful. Starting from the perfect breakfast until the last order around 11pm for some more tonic and ice! We will certainly go back! The terrace junior suite is a must-book, nevertheless the other rooms were great too!

I stay at The House Hotel Nisantasi every time I'm in Istanbul. Primarily because of it's superb location. Nisantasi is a stylish street with lots of great cafes and restaurants (try kirinti and brasserie in Beymun); ideal for shopping and site seeing. The design of the hotel was done by a famous turkish duo and it is very nice indeed....

Staying in Sisli

Neighbourhood Profile
Sisli
For much of Istanbul’s history, Sisli and the area just north of Taksim Square were open countryside used mostly as hunting grounds. These days, Sisli and its chic streets are considered the very heart of contemporary Istanbuli life, where an epicenter of fashion and a thriving business district meet to create an expressly “downtown” feel. Though largely a residential neighborhood, luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, and upscale shops abound with many of them situated inside or nearby Cevahir Istanbul, the biggest shopping mall in Europe and second biggest urban shopping mall in the world. Shopaholics and fashionistas travel from near and far to browse the area's mix of major global brand items and creations by popular Turkish designers.
