Hotel was very good, (don't understand the negative reviews), it looks like it was refurbished in the last few years, it was clean, tidy, quiet (even thought the hustle and bustle is normally going on outside). All staff were excellent, helpful and very courteous. It is centrally located for the shops and only about a ten minute walk from the...

Situated in the 'old town' it is very modern surrounded by shops, 20 min walk from the Blue Mosque and very easy to navigate. Rooms were ok, reasonably priced food and good selection. Nice terrace section to enjoy a drink on the rooftop.

The hotel was very comfortable however it was a bit dated. The room carpet looked a bit old, the swimming pool downstairs was do dark that the water seemed dark green. There must have been an issue with their lighting. The best part was the top floor terrace with the open roof to enjoy the outdoor, even though it looked...

This hotel is perfectly located, just next to the tram station, which connects you easily to everywhere. The hotel is also in walking distance to the great sights. The hotel itself is clean , but check-in is a bit weird, as they want you to pay all nights in advance - or they want to keep your passports (all !);...

With so many hotels in such a big city as Istanbul it is not easy to choose the right one. The Darkhill is however a truly great choice. The location is very convenient, near the Kapali Carsi, Hagia Sophia and many other attractions as well as many interesting shops and restaurants in the neighborhood. The hotel has a pool, sauna...

We travelled from Dublin to visit Istanbul for the first time. Straight away we were upgraded to a suite. Staff were always very friendly. The rooftop bar is a little expensive for drinks and food but not crazy prices all the same. The pool, steam room and sauna are all good, very relaxing. The location is about 10 minutes walk...
