convenient location near Takssim & Istiklal street, the staff were exceptionally friendly & helpful with good English however, the price was relatively a bit high given the fact that it's not a fancy place but good overall, next time i visit Istanbul, i would try somewhere else for the same price tag though

The area might look dodgy but it's perfectly fine really and then apparent dodginess is common in many streets of Istanbul I found. The hotel is near a taxi station and the staff will offer to talk to them in way to avoid tourists being ripped off, which is pretty common in Istanbul. The good: spacious room (we stayed in...

My first trip to Istanbul and we wanted to stay in the trendy Beyoglu district. Found this little place on one of the back streets. The staff are adorable and can't do enough for you! When my friend managed to flood his floor having a shower they apologised and moved him to the top floor room! The rooms are clean...

I stayed two nights at 10 Suites. It seems like a new spot so it was clean. The room we got was spacious, but the bathroom was very cramped. My knees touched the opposite wall while I was doing my business. The room had modern flair to it, and we kept our valuables in a safe. The three gentlemen who...

The hotel is located near Taksim Square and Istiklal Caddesi. Together with affordable prices makes that I can recommend this hotel. From arrival, you feel welcome by the friendly staff. Mehmet receives you with a smile and is really helpful. The rooms are not big but clean and cleaned every day. Breakfast is served every day, but this, we chose...

Most reviews I read are misleading. The only good thing about this hotel is location. Close to Istiklal Caddesi. Very poor breakfast. Very noisy from inside and outside. For sure not a 3 stars. Maybe 1 star is enough. Buffet breakfast but not much choice and always running out of items. Staff are nice.

+ Good hotel, good price/quality ratio, good location and very friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Good experience. - bathroom could be cleaner and sometimes noisy with the close street. Overall good experience, would recommend for travelers and a nice location to visit Istanbul. Room is large with large beds and nice atmosphere.

Staying in Beyoglu

Neighbourhood Profile
Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights, shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of people. At the avenue’s northeastern end is expansive Taksim Square, thought by many to be the very heart of the city, with many of Turkey’s most renowned restaurants and some of Europe’s most happening nightlife in close proximity. In striking contrast, Beyoglu’s less trafficked areas – such as the affluent Cihangir and the antiques district of Cukurcuma – exude Old World charm and provide contemplative calm and splendid diversion via an assortment of cozy cafes, attractive boutiques, and quiet lanes.
