I have been coming to this hotel for the past 4 years. On every occasion it was an excellent stay. Service of the staff is phenomenal especially Veysel and Yasin at reception. Rooms very clean and comfortable. The location is very central to all the tourist sites and the tram station.

It was our first time in Istanbul, so it was important to us, that we were close to the main atractions like grand bazar,..Primero hotel offers you just that. It has a perfect location, from where you can easily walk everywhere. Hotel itself is nice and cozy and the staff are very very kind as well. Special thanks goes to Veysel who gave us most warm welcome with all important tips what to see in Istanbul, also big thanks to Yasin who made sure that we didnt stay hungry at night and thanks to Samir as well. Overall we are very happy and pleased with our stay at Primero Hotel :)

Located in Downtown place , very close to the key attractions like hagia Sofia and well connected . The front office is very helpful and accommodating of the requests. The front office guy specifically turned out tobe helpful as he spoke to the doctor and fixed an appointment by talking in the local language

Awesome service by hotel. Location of hotel is good as it is 5min walk from Hagia Sofia and right in the middle of old city. Hotel service is great and it well managed by Veysel. He is always ready with help either in hotel or for local information. Thanks Veysel.

Absolutely one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I have came here 3 times and will always continue to come back.
