Witt Istanbul Suites is a wonderful boutique hotel. The suites are well appointed with a convenient kitchen and a comfortable sitting area which make it a perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The bed is quite firm so they brought me an extras duvet to add more padding. There is a roof top patio with amazing, almost...

For once the pics tell the truth about the room you ll have! The penthouse is great, the view is fantastic. The area is nice full of restaurants and antiques shops. Great value for the price. The breakfast on the terrace is good. The furniture of the room is good the bed is a giant one.

In almost 4 years traveling Europe this could be the nicest room I have stayed in. Service is perfect, I was upgraded and given late checkout. All at a very reasonable price. Location makes major areas of Istanbul accessible on foot- overall perfect stay.

We wanted a smaller "local" hotel with great Bosporus views for our 5 nights stay in Istanbul and we certainly got that and much more! From the time of our initial enquiry, throughout our stay and to the day we bid farewell, the staff were amazing. Not only did they make local reservations for us ( always with a smile),...

Thank you for this unforgettable stay at your hotel! Everything we had heard about this hotel was true and more... Nothing could be faulted... The staff went out of their way to help in anyway they could. The view over the old city is priceless... Another nice thing is the area is relatively quiet although you are not too far away from the busy locations....the best of both worlds.......

I stayed at this hotel on my honeymoon for two nights in June 2016. I could not have been more pleased. The hotel is in a great location. Away from all of the hustle and bustle of the touristy areas, but easily walkable to all of the sights. The service we received was impeccable and kind. The views of the...

Staying in Beyoglu

Neighbourhood Profile
Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights, shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of people. At the avenue’s northeastern end is expansive Taksim Square, thought by many to be the very heart of the city, with many of Turkey’s most renowned restaurants and some of Europe’s most happening nightlife in close proximity. In striking contrast, Beyoglu’s less trafficked areas – such as the affluent Cihangir and the antiques district of Cukurcuma – exude Old World charm and provide contemplative calm and splendid diversion via an assortment of cozy cafes, attractive boutiques, and quiet lanes.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Witt Istanbul Suites has an excellent location within walking distance from Istanbul's business district, Istanbul Modern museum and the buzzing bars and boutiques of both Beyoglu and Cihangir. All 15 suites span a generous 60m2. They are popular for long-stay guests as each has a Carrera marble-clad kitchenette with microwave, fridge and Nespresso machine. The super-cool beds with curved headboards and the laptop desks have been especially designed for Witt Istanbul Suites by Autoban. Sheets and towels were also commissioned from Denizli, a famous purveyor of Turkish linen. Cable TV, an excellent DVD collection, ipod docks and a welcome gift of multi-coloured macaroons are indulgent touches. But it's the bathrooms that make these suites really special. The ergonomic Corian sinks with pebble-shaped handles and the cluster of shower-heads that create a cocoon of misty hot water are all from designer Ross Lovegrove's Istanbul collection from Vitra. ... more   less
