i wasnt so sure if i wanted to go there as it was last minute walk in but i couldnt find better place i was assuming there could be. from the moment we walked in we were happy we went there. great hospitable staff, beautiful nice rooms and as we went to our room my wife wasnt so sure of that ground floor room on the right of the reception because we were right in front of reception didnt wanna hear the phone ringing, cars coming in and out. we asked reception to change room for us they showed us another room which wasnt very spacious though but very thoughtful and easy going of staff was much appreciated. Breakfast was served in the room as they didnt have restaurant in the guesthouse. it was delicious and very pleasant to start up our day we were not happy with noise but i didnt complaint at all since the staff's attitude was so polite. we left happily and certainly will go back when possible.

I chose the hotel because I wanted to spend just 1 night in Islamabad before the plane and it was not worth paying for a luxury hotel. The hotel was worth the money they asked, clean, friendly staff, everything necessary in the room, equipped with a/c, free wi-fi, helped with the taxi to the airport in the morning. In terms of price-quality it was very good.

in booking.com and in other sites they mention Hotel room is to much furnished and facilitated but Reality is Hotel is located at weird location everything is so far from hotel and there’s Main Thing I experienced that is room was not facilitated with Hot water in the meanwhile it’s so cold in Pakistan now a days… In Booking.com they mention it’s 3 star property when I booked but there was not such thing like 3star they made us disappointed and they charged us 10*** PKR for 1 not and in the end when we decided to change the hotel and we came to reception and there behaviour was like threatening us we are not gonna refund your money… We were so tired all the way from Multan to Islamabad whole day we traveled and when we checked in and we did experienced such kind of irresponsible and scam hotel…. Anyway then we complained to booking.com and booking.com didn’t help us even there call service behaviour was also so rude and you’ll feel easily that they are cheating you to have such kind of 1 star hotel to mention 3star hotel… Booking.com customer service is useless
So I’ll suggest think twice before to book this hotel….!

This is my first visit to Pakistan from Singapore. My friend book this hotel for 5 nights and first impression was clean and neat. Small boutique hotel and with friendly staffs. They are warm and friendly towards tourists as mostly stay by businessman. Room are spacious and clean however, not much room service given but you can request from them direct. Breakfast is salty to me especially their omelette but their Chai great taste. usd50 per day per night..

I have now stayed at this establishment 3 times and each and every time it has been a home from experience. Well done. Absolutely fabulous. The staff go out of their way to help and please. I recommend this guest house every time. The food is fresh and ambience superb. It's been a wonderful experience every time. Fresh bed linen, hot water even when Gas has been checked n short supply. I can't say enough other than keep it up! You get my vote every time.

The hotel is well maintain as it was my first time visiting Pakiatan. The room are so spacious and clean and worth the amount usd50 per night. However, there is no housekeeping service and no kettle boiling hot water. Quiet and good security hotel, stay with ease. Food not much variety and you need to call their uber service to bring you to placeof interest.

I loved my stay in this hotel. I was very comfortable and they helped me in all i needed. The staff people is very nice and everyone speak english, so there is no problem of language. The breakfast is served in your room and the price of the chamber is not expensive. Definetely I will return to that place when coming back.

One of the better places in a dusty DI Khan. The breakfast is great and the staff is friendly. The city in general is not an ideal tourist location. The markets close early and the electricity loadshedding occurs all the time.
