This is how grace hotel treat their clients very unprofessional and rude staff. I must complain about them in consumer court soon why humiliates and insulted me just because I asked about the extra cost they added to my bill. I was travelling with my family they insulted me front of my wife and kids. I stayed 2 nights and was very nice to them. They guest house should be banned for abusing customers.

I had an unplanned diversion from my boarding plans last week in ISB and my hosts graciously put me up in the Grace Guesthouse in ISB. The reception was quick and smooth and this was the entry into a very comfortable few days with great and quick service. I read some of the other reviews here and I have to second all positive comments that these people have made. It will be a pleasure returning to this establishment if I have another opportunity and I can recommend it for anyone else.

I stayed in one of the rooms on the first floor with my family and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The room was good size and was very well decorated with elegant colours and stylish furnishings. We used the room service a couple of times, the quality of food was up to a very high standard and service was second to none. The staff at the guest house were very friendly and helpful, especially, the guest house manager (Mr Khuram) who went out of his way to organise a van for us to go to the airport. I am very happy with my stay and have no hesitation in recommending this guest house to families and couples.

I’ve stayed in quite a few guest houses in Islamabad. It was my first time at Grace. Everything from check in to check out was professionally done. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Washrooms had all the amenities. Breakfast was good too. The staff was very caring and friendly. Would definitely visit Grace again and recommend it to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay in the Capital.

We had booked our stay with Marriott hotel Islamabad but our friends recommended that we stay at Grace Guest House so we changed our reservation thank god and to our friends that we stayed here it was one of our best stay and homely experience great location pretty safe clean and beautiful suites and friendly staff also Thanks to Mr. Hussain Jan and his staff they really took care of us and made our stay very comfortable it was better then Five star hotels will differently stay again and we will recommend to our friends and family

After spending a month at the Grace Guest House I can positivity say that the reviews are 100% correct. Location: 10/10, located at the main road, 5 minutes walk to main super market, everything accessible Cleanliness: 10/10, on point Rooms: Spacious and modernly designed Value for money: 10/10 Management and Staff: such friendly and cooperative staff, 24/7 facilitation, The GM Hussain sb ensure guests comfort, shows respect, and provides a family environment and Managers including Basharat and Irfan are always there to facilitate guests with a smile. Stayed for 3 nights. Very clean and modern. Room was a good size with cable. Bed very comfortable and bathroom a good size too. Staff very pleasant. Location was brilliant. I love walking but taxis are cheap. Garden was great as I love being outdoors, and even tho it was winter Islamabad is very pleasant. Very secure area too, with added security at the gate. And one meal I had there had to be one of the best I've ever had.
