Had a great stay at the Prestige Residence when I decided to go on a solo trip up country. Stopped in for the last few days of my tour to rest up.

Stayed in the Queen room 209 on the ground floor which was great value for money in all sense of the phrase including room size, amenities, and decor, however being located near the back door of the hotel there were some noises that would come through the walls of attendants talking and moving stuff about, but not loud enough to disturb my sleep (and I'm a very light sleeper) so I didn't mind. Peeked into other rooms as well and they looked nice too.

Word of advice that even the room attendant gave me when showing me two room options, if you can, pick a room on the ground or upper floor and not the basement. Zero phone signals in the basement which was a problem during breakfast as the dining area was in the basement. I was in on the ground floor and even I had trouble. However they had excellent wifi strength and speed throughout the hotel to compensate.

Food was mediocre at best, tried grilled chicken and Chinese food on my second day there and it was average quality. A little too much oil used in both dishes for my liking. Complimentary Breakfast buffet is limited to one traditional dish such as 'paye' or 'cholay', omelette or fried egg, paratha, bread white / brown, corn flakes, tea / coffee station butter / jam and two types of juices. As with all hotel food, it was overpriced but still reasonable as the serving sizes were generous. My suggestion is to eat out unless you can't help it, Centaurus is 15 - 20 minutes walking distance and has a number of options albeit it's extremely crowded on the weekends. And with some transport you can go 5 minutes drive out to a number of restaurants in the Blue Area.

This place is great in terms of location, 20 minutes from the airport and walking distance to Centaurs and the new metro bus line.

Room service is very commendable even when I asked for an extension cord at 2 in the morning after I had just checked in. They don't even nag you for tips and will often just leave quietly and quickly after your work is done.

Total bill for 3 nights, 2 meals, & airport drop was less than $230. Great bargain.

After staying in several guest houses, we were hoping to find a place that could offer higher standards within an affordable budget, and this hotel is perfect. The rooms and hotel are very clean, and the staff is very professional and helpful. Beds are soft and comfortable, sheets are properly cleaned and changed daily. The bathrooms are equally clean. Having lived in the west, I can without hesitation say the standards of this hotel are that of a nicer Hampton Inn or similar. The complimentary breakfast buffet was great, and served in a restaurant style with waiters. Safe, and convenient location just around the corner from the Centaurus and easy to find. Plenty of guardsmen and security measures.

The hotel looks really adorable when you step in, but you only have to look closer to see that this hotel is NOT clean. There are random hair every where. I asked for the room to be cleaned but obviously cleaning means minor rearrangement of items. I was really mad to see the reviews claiming that this place was clean but nope- sorry guys. Also the service is SLOW like anything. I asked for an extension cord to charge my electronics and something to kill the many mosquitos in the room...it took 40 minutes, two calls and one visit to the counter to get them to come several steps away from the service center. And if you think that's bad- lets talk about the bathroom- the water stands still in the shower because the opening to the drainage is closed off or maybe there is hair there, I really can't tell you because I didn't open it. But I was grossed out by that. Not hygienic. I am really, really upset by the price- My husband got the room for 8500 and honestly, it's NOT worth it. IF you are charging people, charge them for GOOD SERVICE AND CLEANLINESS. No one wants to stay at a place where they begin to regret their decision.

This has to be one of the most reasonably priced hotel / guest house near to Centaurus and blue area. Their staff is equally cooperative and helpful. The only shortcoming is when i visited their was no valet parking and parking was somewhere behind the hotel as front had quite limited parking.

A very cosy and comfortable hotel. We stayed in the royal suite which was quite spacious, good for a family of 4-5 persons. Food is good? Although breakfast and room service can be improved a bit more. The location is great. It's a 5 min. Drive to centaurus mall.

v nice room for the price. they have several room options (queen, Classic, Royal). Royal was too big so we went for Queen's which was pretty decent in size. Food was great. Breakfast options were also good. The point of improvement is that the glass door in the washrooms should be extended so that the whole washroom doesn't get wet.

We got the elegance room, it was very nice and affordable. Everything was clean but I had some concerns for e.g the fridge they had in the room was not working also the Muslim shower in the bathroom wasn't the best quality also the extra mattress they gave was very small and hardly a person could sleep on it. Otherwise, everything was good.

I got a Deluxe Room at a very attractive price (negotiable)

Room itself and its bathroom was very spacious and clean.

Buffet Breakfast was not top of the line but was hygienically superb and ample for a day's start.

Internet (WiFi) is complimentary and covers the whole hotel (we stayed on Ground Floor so we didn't face any difficulty)

Very quick service by reception and very courteous and helpful staff.

Great Location, security wise also (Chinese were staying there and roaming around freely in and around the hotel without security)

Don't trust their Marketing department :P

Hi Fargham, I stayed there recently. The problem I had with WiFi was that it kept disconnecting and connecting again. But once connected, the speed was fine. Hope this helps.
