I booked this hotel at last minute and in the early hours of the morning, when the hotel I had originally booked had an issue. Despite the hour the gentleman I spoke to on reception was very welcoming and friendly. He was able to provide me with Room 403 which was positioned at the rear of the hotel. My first impressions of the room were good. It was immaculately clean and had air conditioning and bottled water provided. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom facilities were of a reasonable standard. The room was of a good size and had good wifi. My room had no view to speak of but the rooms situated at the front of the hotel do have a view. The lighting was good in the room but without the lights it seemed quite dark. All the staff are the hotel were delightful and were eager to please you as a guest. I was particularly impressed with house keeping. They really were friendly, very efficient and their attention to detail excellent. They provided a lovely buffet breakfast each morning which gave a good choice of food items. It was all well presented. The hotel is situated in a great location. It is the Blue Area, Sector F9 which is a great area of Islamabad. The hotel has plenty of parking and is situated adjacent to a main road and opposite parkland. It is within easy walking distance of a shopping centre and restaurants and cafes. The one observation I had was that some areas of the hotel in my opinion have been modernised while other areas just still seem a little dated. As much as my stay was very comfortable, the hotel is not cheap and I feel it now needs to compete with much more modern hotels in the area, that have a similar price point.

First I would express my gratitude to the entire staff for being very kind and friendly. from time to time I was receiving a call from the hotel staff asking about my stay and offering further assistance not only that whenever I request anything they were friendly. The manager in charge who was presented during check-in was so joyful and made me feel that I'm welcome even though I came as a patient. Rooms are very good. Everything available there. Specially staff members Mr Hassam, MrAwais and Miss Tanzeela they Treat us like a family. Thanks

Great hotel with nice rooms. Good location and nice food in the restaurant. Staff very friendly and helpful and so lovely to deal with. Given a very welcome 2 litre bottle of water on arrival which was great after a long journey and saved having to go out looking for water after dark

We ended up by a counsidince at this hotel but choose not to change it during our whole stay in Islamabad cause of their professionell service & behaviour. The hotel was located in a good place, unfortunately the service and hotel cleanness was very poor. I don’t recommend this for family and if you are going for long stay. The hotel was smelling very bad all the where you sleep and move and walk.

I was on a business trip and booked a room at Envoy Continental. Everything is very good, clean environment and well trained Staff. Very cooperative staff. Miss Tanzila Rao helped me to check our properly and guide throughout. She is also helping me to setup my Company profile so that I can refer my teammates as well. She is working on giving discounts.

This hotel was perfect in every way , location , cleanliness and excellent customer service . The management went out of their way to accommodate my family’s needs. It was a perfect place to just unwind after an exhausting long trip in the mountains . I would definitely stay here again.

Had a very comfortable stay. The staff is very polite and ready to help especially Hassaam and Tanzila. overall a hospitable and comfortable environment. The rooms are neat and spacious and room service is quite efficient .
