We stayed here for 4 nights. The room we got had a view towards the front side which was nice. We also checked the backside which was less/not pleasant. The AC was not efficient at cooling the room quickly but then we had to have it at the lowest temperature before going to bed so that we could easily sleep. The problem then was that we would freeze in the middle of the night. We did use their thick blankets and that just made us sweat. The hotel can definitely buy better blankets. The people working there are very nice and helpful.
It was a great experience to stay at Islamabad regalia. Food is great here and the hospitality of the staff is remarkable. The rooms are very well maintained with all of the necessary utilities available and already installed. I will definitely make my stqy at Islamabad regalia again.
We chose the best. This place turns out to be an Amazing place and Experience, Cleanliness 100% Best place to stay for family, Food was so so delicious. Will surely visit again Inshaa Allah. 100% recommended for specially girls, ladies and family.
So, fortunately again I got a chance to stay at Hotel Regalia and tbh, I am amazed to see they are just going through more and more improvements. My last experience during my stay was perfectly amazing and this time again they surprised me with the way they maintained their professionalism and hospitality. A big challenge for top-notch hotels in Islamabad as this hotel can easily beat any other with their professional services and home-like environment. 5 stars for the front desk staff especially Mr. Shuja and Mr.Nadir, the room service faculty, and the housekeeping staff. Thank you for making my stay comfortable. More power to you all 👍
I'm feeling sad as I'm leaving Regalia Hotel and going back home. My stay here was just like living in a dream. We all were delivered with excellent services. Staff of Regalia Hotel is too good, professional and cooperative and yes! it's interior designing is also too beautiful.
Well appointed hotel behind the famous Lal mosque and not too far from central Islamabad. There was some renovation work going on the ground floor next to the reception. This work did get quite smelly at times. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Only tried the buffet breakfast in the morning. A variety of good food on offer.
Regalia hotel is one among the finest hotels in islamabad. Visited many hotels but regalia was the one i found peace and home like environment. Moreover, the way their staff greet you is more than amazing. Thank you Mr.Nadar ghouri for making my stay so comfortable and showing great humbleness to customers. Stay shining.
Came upon this hotel by chance as roaming the streets of Islamabad. Its a city with a growing number of hotel options but they are typically very cheap and not very good or really expensive and not very good either (with the exception of the MARRIOTT - its a few years since I stayed in the Serena - which is a huge high status hotel - but i found the room very musty). Regalia however is one of a new breed of hotels that offers, comfort, decent sized rooms, great water pressure - for the shower after a long day. The hotel has very good wifi and a decent selection of channels including international news and some movie options. There were a few weddings while i was staying, but they never unduly impacted my quite enjoyment of the room. My room was above the restaurant on the first floor and I can say that when the staff were cleaning at night you could hear the heavy furniture being dragged on the hard tiles. A quick fix would be to put soft padding on the underside of the table and chair legs. The breakfast is a simple affair with a modest selection of fruits and juices and of course Lassi salted and sweet. You can order fresh omelette which is delicious and the coffee - at least my espresso - was also excellent, hot dark and strong - Italian style. There are quite a few staff in the hotel especially in the restaurant - all the same even with very few people in the breakfast room, they forgot my coffee and egg order on more than one occasion - so clearly they need a bit further training on more attention to detail. That said they are a friendly bunch. The rooms overall are clean and the reception will respond to are just lovely and thoughtful and will help to build the reputation of this hotel as it aims to do better and rebuild after COVID. It is nicely located 7 mins by car from most major shopping and sights and has 24 7 security on its gated compound also close to security services. Its is popular with Pakisatni celebrities form music to sport and the Manager - Aamar, is a great host paying attention and looking for feedback. I ate two nights in the hotel - one night i has a spicy thjai soup which was very tasty and a vegetarian noodle dish which was well portioned tasty and filling if a little oily. The second night i ate Pak style - a creamy chick en dish with fresh hot pittas, yoghurt and rice. I really liked it - i found the chicken a little tough however and the portions diced too small - the sauce was also a bit too oily - but these minor issues aside - it was a perfectly good meal for less than 10.00 euro and the bread was divine. Look, bottom line is you will be hard pushed to find a better hotel in its class in Islamabad. I'd like to see a quite lounge installed for reading and relaxing at some point - but other than that - there is little to complain here. When I went to check out and pay for the items I has consumed for the mini bar (Chocolate, coke and peanuts)( Europeans etc should note - this is a non-alcohol mini bar - alcohol is only permitted for consumption in private dwellings by non-Muslim (Christians), and is for sale in only very few specially licenced premises in Pakistan), I was offered those items free of charge. Pakistan is a country still regarded by many as a risk tourist destination, but for those with a sense of adventure and able to get a visa, its a country of beautiful kind and curious people with a great sense of chat and humour. They love their cricket but also their food and it shows with some great eateries around Islamabad. Do however take my advice, don't drive yourself. - the roads are hazardous and the experience will be astounding for road users from Europe. Better to hire a car with an experienced driver and avoid using the roads at night. Apart from that - enjoy your stay. Aside form the abundance of good Pakistani food places - try also Arz Lebanon for a taste of the eastern med, or Aylanto forreally top Italian and fusion cuisine.…
Absolutely amazing, the place is beautiful and the staff are super friendly and the food was delicious and the service is unmatched. The staff truly cares about your experience and you can tell making the customers happy is their first priority. I would say do your self a favour and visit this lovely place.
I am frequently travelling to Pakistan for business. Regalia Hotel is definitely the place to stay. Fitness studio, fast room service, very helpful and friendly front desk, the service was not pushy at all and just great, wifi good, food very good. bed was very cozy, room was clean. the only minus point was that the food menu was not at the room. But it was instantly brought to me when I called the reception, that's great service.
