We had never stayed in a hotel in Islamabad before and are aware of the traditional expensive options available. So to find Roomy Signature on Agoda with affordable room rates and comparable standards to international hotels was quite the surprise. My parents and I needed a room for the night, our international flight arrived in Islamabad after 10pm. We had to make our way next day after I got my SIM and mobile Wi-Fi data set up.
The hotel arranged the airport shuttle I requested, all good there (it’s an outsourced car rental company though, asked for driver and van details to send on to my family). Just wish it was more aged friendly as my parents have mobility issues. 1 hour from the airport to hotel and we got our room by 12.30am.
We booked the quadruple/ family room, 2 double beds with plenty of space to move around with our luggage and all. Hot and cold water available, I suspect the bathroom exhaust was not working and seen the same issue mentioned by other guests. Wifi is good. There’s not much of a view but it was quiet on my side of the building which is what I had requested. There’s a supermarket, restaurants and shops nearby. Taxis are easily accessible, the bellboy helped us to get one for my trip to the Jazz service centre.
Buffet breakfast was included with our room and it was delicious, with a desi, middle eastern and western spread of food items. That’s how I decided to order takeaway lunch and dinner meals from the hotel restaurant. Everything was freshly cooked and of good quality, no regrets there.
In my short stay, I could tell the staff are professionals and everyone is helpful. Grateful that I have found a reliable place to stay in future, hope the hotel continues to improve.

I usually stay at Serena hotel Islamabad but at this time my travel agent suggested Tye Roomy Signature hotel I am so thankful to Sayah travel for allowing me to discover this hidden gem in Islamabad. I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The front office staff Salman, Waleed made me feel welcomed. Bellboy Abbas was always there for me whether it was luggage, delivery from stores or simply providing all the necessary information. He provided great customer service. Thank you Abbas. The rooms are piece of art. The interior of the rooms has a great mixture of modern facilities and traditional decor. I had 2 rooms 111 and 112 and both rooms were fabulous. In terms of the Location - it could not be better. It's happening place. There is a big variety of restaurants and cafes in hotel itself but, the moment you step out , you are surrounded by many eateries, cafe shops, antique and carpet shops. There is even a supermarket next door for guests convenience. I highly recommend Roomy signature hotel to everyone and have already booked it it for my upcoming stay.

I appreciated the location and the usually friendly staff. Those at reception seemed harried and tired all the time. It is a high stress position but management needs to make sure the front-line people who represent the hotel to its guests are fresh and friendly. I once needed help with the safe and TV and had to call 4 times to finally get someone to come up. There were also other issues. All in all, cleaning staff were super kind and helpful. Osama the porter was very sweet. The two waiters at breakfast were kind and always smiling and friendly. The night restaurant manager needs to improve his people skills and maybe also listen more carefully to those trying to speak Urdu to him or ask those speaking English to speak more clearly or slowly. He was arrogant and dismissive and that resulted into a rather bad case of food allergy for me. Apologies were offered and I hope and pray that it was a learning moment for one and all. The room was industrial chic with a comfortably large bed and nice sheets, pillows and duvet. Air conditioning, toiletries and shower pressure and temperature were all good to excellent. It can be a bit noisy in the rooms facing the courtyard but it peters off after 23:00. It is nice to have natural light in the room. The room is large with a high ceiling and plenty of shelves and wardrobe space. A few more coat-hangers would be nice to have. There is a safe, and when I needed an iron and ironing board, these were very promptly delivered. Same with Toilet Paper on the night of my food allergy mishap. It is a city centre location and there are many eating venues as well as shopping nearby. I would stay there again.

I had an infuriating experience at Roomy Signature! Our stay in Islamabad was a complete nightmare from the moment we checked in. Let me break down the infuriating details:
1. They dumped me in a dark, windowless room in the corner, claiming no standard rooms had windows. Yet, I saw the same type of rooms with windows while passing by. When I confronted the staff, they insisted no other rooms were available, but Agoda proved them wrong, embarrassing the manager into reluctantly upgrading us.
2. Traveling with a baby, I asked for a cot—they claimed to have none. Then, requesting a mattress came with a ludicrous charge of 2,500 bucks! Absurd for a baby to sleep on!
3. Late at night, we asked for extra bedding. Initially, they hesitated, and after 20 minutes, they begrudgingly sent it.
4. Asked for a carton of milk—they could only manage a glass. After 20 minutes, the milk arrived, and the guy demanded cash on the spot. Despite asking to put it on the room and pay during checkout, they insisted on immediate cash. He harassed us four times in the next 40 minutes, even at 5 am, when the baby woke up asking for milk.
5. During checkout, the front desk lady accused us of "misusing" a towel used for makeup removal. They had the audacity to charge us Rs. 575 because apparently, makeup is considered a capital offense! Outrageous!
My stay at Roomy Signature was really frustrating and disappointing. From the dark room to the crazy charges and constant demand for cash, it was just bad. The towel accusation was ridiculous. I won't go back there and wouldn't suggest it to anyone. Be careful if you're thinking about staying there.

They have poor return policy. They do not return money if you cancel your booking. This is against good bussiness policy. I recommended do not book on line other wise you will loose your money. They must return money if someone cancel his booking

Excellent food with impeccable service provided by Shahzaib and Umair! Rooftop heat lamps made it comfortable in the winter evening. Plates were pre-heated to maintain the warmth of the food being served - great attention to detail. Definitely a must visit when in Islamabad!

However, the staff is unprofessional (not unfriendly), who cannot follow instructions or fulfill commitments. There were no complementary water bottles in my room. I informed reception and room service. Despite that, I didn't get them till an hour later, when I called reception again and got angry. I had requested for a quiet room at time of booking. I got at least 2 calls from Roomy confirming that I will be staying there, and what time I would arrive. Nevertheless, I got a room in front of the elevators, over a restaurant that played music till midnight. After that, my neighbour decided to watch TV until 3 am, and I could hear everything. Hence, no sleep throughout the night. I had an early start, and had requested breakfast for 7 am, to reception and room service around checkin. However, when I called room service at 6:30, they were unaware of the request, and said that the chef would not be available. Upon insisting, they made me a plain omelette, toast and coffee, as requested.
Apart from the 6 overhead lights in the room, there were no lamps or bedside lights. So it was full, bright lights or nothing. The windows don't open, and there was no view from the room, because the window glass was frosted.
For the same price, there are plenty of guest houses in the immediate vicinity that would have been more comfortable and professional. It's a shame, because they have the infrastructure to be a real value addition to the location.

The location is peaceful in F6 surrounded by markets and shopping areas.
The hotel parking is spacious and the staff is all very accommodating. Ms.Shazia is prompt in addressing issues.
Decor in the hotel is beautiful. All amenities are provided in the room including fridge, tea kettle, wifi and TV. We booked a family room with 2 queen beds for Rs.10,000/ night (including tax of 21.5%) through online site. Breakfast was included in the rate. Drinking water is also provided in the room rate.
Breakfast was buffet style with desi nashta of halwa, puri and the works. Good enough but they could make the display more transparent so one doesn't have to ask staff constantly for basics like toast, tea or coffee. There was a menu in the room so you can order room service should you feel like it.
The only issue i had was the lack of bathroom supplies in the room. It was a 4 person room stocked for a couple of people at most. The noise from outside the room was quite audible.

I recently stayed at this hotel well in fact as I lay on my bed writing this review I am still here. Myself and my colleagues have been in this hotel now for nearly 2 months, if we could have left trust me we would have. On first entering the rooms are large, clean and pleasant enough decor.
One thing about this hotel is the noise, the walls are paper thin , at night time I hear the TVs on both sides of me playing until 4 am there are renovations going on downstairs which means drilling hammering every single day, and when I have been at work all night this is hell. The cleaners clean until 12 pm and very early in the mornings so again hoovers on all three sides of me. So imagine you don't have to work at night so you settle into bed and then at 1130 pm a loud knock on your door. You fumble around from your slumber to find a guy stood outside your room with your washing which he thinks you may need at this time of night.
The lack of double glazing means that not only do you hear every beep of every car passing buy but every person on the street shouting at each other. and at four in the morning you will get woken up by morning prayer.
One thing that did annoy us was the lack of hot water one day we had it three days we didnt, after a few complaints reception told us that if we wanted a shower then we should call reception half an hour before.
so there we go in a nutshell first look nice place, to stay here not very good at all.
one night I woke at 2 am walked downstairs for a cigarette , walked past the sleeping armed guard had my smoke then walked back in not waking him at all.
I felt so safe after that.
