This is a good attempt at trying to improve the value hotel experience in Pakistan, however they have got a lot wrong. Positives + Good + clean linen + Polite and corporative staff + Clean room + Central location Negatives - The hotel is trying to capture the value market, but at 100 dollars a night its expensive. - Very very poor sound proofing. I could hear the noice on the street till 2 am, people talking loud and then the road noise started at 7 am - the shower area had permanent stains - The AC was just about ok, I am sure it would have struggled in May/June to cool the room.
Fantastic first two days spent in this VERY nice hotel in Islamabad. The food is amazing and the everyone from the front staff to the security guards were extremely friendly and happy. So far it's my favorite hotel in Pakistan.
excellent customer servicee - one of the best, easily at par with any reputable innternational chain special thanks to Mr. Asad (owner) for his personal attention. stay here is a must and one of the best places to stay in Islamabad for familiies / couples/ adults. highly recommended 10/10
The food is excellent, generous portions and best choiced in a very reasonable price package. The service was fast and friendly specially Mr. Sheikh Raheel and Miss Noor. I highly recommended it if you’re in or visiting Islamabad.
I was in the unfortunate place of having to iron my shirt before heading out to the wedding I came into the city for - I asked the house keeping for an iron. The first of which had exposed wires and perhaps luckily refused to work. The second squirted brown water on my shirt and left a stain. The reception and the housekeeping in response were unhelpful to say the least.
I appreciated the location and the usually friendly staff. Those at reception seemed harried and tired all the time. It is a high stress position but management needs to make sure the front-line people who represent the hotel to its guests are fresh and friendly. I once needed help with the safe and TV and had to call 4 times to finally get someone to come up. There were also other issues. All in all, cleaning staff were super kind and helpful. Osama the porter was very sweet. The two waiters at breakfast were kind and always smiling and friendly. The night restaurant manager needs to improve his people skills and maybe also listen more carefully to those trying to speak Urdu to him or ask those speaking English to speak more clearly or slowly. He was arrogant and dismissive and that resulted into a rather bad case of food allergy for me. Apologies were offered and I hope and pray that it was a learning moment for one and all. The room was industrial chic with a comfortably large bed and nice sheets, pillows and duvet. Air conditioning, toiletries and shower pressure and temperature were all good to excellent. It can be a bit noisy in the rooms facing the courtyard but it peters off after 23:00. It is nice to have natural light in the room. The room is large with a high ceiling and plenty of shelves and wardrobe space. A few more coat-hangers would be nice to have. There is a safe, and when I needed an iron and ironing board, these were very promptly delivered. Same with Toilet Paper on the night of my food allergy mishap. It is a city centre location and there are many eating venues as well as shopping nearby. I would stay there again.…
Mehtab Ziyad Took good care of us for complementary breakfast in the atrium. The room was very comfortable and inviting. Bilal was our room attendant. He ensured we had a nice stay and not run out of soap or shampoo. This hotel is three stars but I would give them a five star rating. They are on fire with any high and American hotel. We recommend future guests to come and stay here. You won’t be disappointed.
Great experience in Islamabad, Pakistan! Staffs are very polite and professional, room is big, bed very comfortable. Let’s talk also about room service, I’d like to add a special mention in kitchen, you guys doing a great job, food was amazing!
Had very bad experience. Never recommend anyone to stay there. Full waste of money Staff at reception were completely unprofessional and not helpful and polite at all. Service quality was miserable. They took 2/3 hours after several calls to brought mattress in the room. Room wasn’t clean at all. Room Floor and bathroom were sticky. Breakfast quality was poor. No ventilation in the room. Staff had refused to change the room despite our request to change the room. Overall they had no idea and don’t understand the meaning of hospitality industry norms and culture. The owners of the hotel must keep eye and place the system of customers feedback to assess the performance of the staff at reception.
I want to highly recommend the Roomy signature hotel in f6 markaz. I stayed there with my family for 2 weeks. The staff at front desk Sultan, the servers Saddam, Mehtab, Ziyab, Afzal, Noorulain and all staff went above and beyond in making sure not only our stay was comfortable but made us feel at home. Kudos goes to the management team for training thier staff 👏. Will visit them very soon.
