Nice enough Hotel. Stayed here two separate nights a few weeks apart. Rooms were large and huge beds. No issues with noise or Aircon, showers were fine. The upstairs restaurant was nice enough and food was fine. They seem to cater for special occasion parties up there as well for locals, so that says something about how much the locals rate it. Wifi in the room was a bit iffy but down in reception I was getting 70mbs download according to speedtest.

very average hotel, too expensive as per their location and services. very less options in breakfast buffet. they do not even serve you the iron and they charge it per cloth. not friendly staff. so may foreigners were coming and reception staff was not helpful neither friendly. FAR from city center

I wish there was a lesser rating available than 1. Extremely pathetic hotel.The room given to us was on the 4th floor.They have their kitchen and rooftop restaurant running up till late night and it’s directly on top of 4th floor. There were noises coming till 1 am from the kitchen and dining area of pots and pans,furniture dragging and all sorts of thumbing and dragging etc. There were some foreigners staying on the same floor and the women were begging us to talk to the staff to stop the noise. There was no hot water in the bathroom, their breakfast that they bragged about so much was just average nothing special just 4 ordinary dishes which were cold when we arrived to eat. The fridge was leaking water, the sheets were dirty, no hand soap, dirty towels and the bedding had stench of fried food. Over all a horrible horrible night. My husband literally went to the kitchen middle of the night to stop all the noise, we were so drained and done with. Highly not recommended specially if they offer you rooms on the 4th floor. The good rooms are kept for foreigners and the locals are given third class dirty uncleaned rooms. Extremely disappointed.…

What is really good is the size of the rooms. They are big and comfortable. The stuff was very nice and friendly. I had a room-service: a late night dinner, they delivered it fast, it was very tasty and value for money. A breakfast was nothing special, but OK. For 1 night staying it's a nice place.

I found the hotel to be very good, comfortable and high quality. Room decor was excellent. Reception service was good. Wifi was excellent. Breakfast buffet had pretty good options. Located in a nice quiet residential area. Will definitely stay here again.

Kneat and clean property in the heart of Islamabad with pleasant environment. Management is good and cooperative as well. Easy to access from Islamabad international airport. You can easily reach there with any public transport. Overall it is a nice place to stay with friends and family.

Stayed here for four nights. Hotel was not functional to its full capacity due to COVID-19 pandemic. The location is good and the staff also cooperative. Check in was quick and smooth. The rooms are large but the setting is a bit old looking. The washrooms need improvement. Housekeeping services were a bit slow to respond. Room service was good. Breakfast was ok, could have been better if the guests were more. The charges are reasonable. If the management intensify there efforts this can compete well.

I’m giving two because it’s a two star hotel, staff friendly and helpful enough. I had gastroenteritis and I only ate here, but you can never say for sure 100% where you got it. Breakfast bad. There was a 5.8 earthquake 150km from hotel, building shook by didn’t fall down on plus side.

Garbage hotel. Stayed here for 2 nights worst mistake ever. Wifi kept shutting off for the 2 days they delayed fixing it then fixed it only for it to happen again. The showers had cold water, when we reported it they just had a big grin about the issues the whole time. Pathetic hotel. Shouldn't be called grand Islamabad hotel instead it should be calles GARBAGE ISLAMABAD HOTEL. Go to crown hotel.
