I stayed here for two nights as part of a tour of Laos. I thought it was a great hotel. Our room was spacious and very clean with a mosquito net. Loved the minature garden view from the bathroom. I've seen some of the other recent reviews and we had no problem with the air conditioning or the hot water....

The hotel grounds are quite good. The pool is a pool with sun beds. Basic but fills the brief. The rooms themselves are quite good. Large and the bathroom nice. The hot water took over 5 mins to kick in. Ok once that trick was learnt. Air con a little noisy at times but nothing to complain about. The food...

Stayed at this hotel on a group tour that normally only stays at 5 star hotels. Would rate this as 3 star at the most. Grounds were untidy, room full of mosquitoes, hot water came and went, the air conditioner was noisy, broken steps and breakfast overlooked a very smelly drain. Then when we went to check out they had...

Initial impressions still stand. Staff pleasant. Aircon in room poor. Staff could not get it working to cool room properly. Hotel looking a bit sad. Lack of maintenance. Pieces of concrete missing from stairs, no hot water on 2 occassions, no water at all on first morning at 830 am. Breakfast ok but preheated food looked dried up. Coffee very...

Only a 5 minute ride from the noisy bustling centre of town but a million miles in terms of tranquility, with lots of greenery. We had a lovely room with a balcony overlooking the pool - though I could have done without the staff member putting out the sunshades at 6.15am! There is a shuttle service into town and back...

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel and enjoyed every minute of it. Only wish we had stayed longer. Although it is a little on the expensive side the whole experience was faultless and worthwhile ... Our room was beautiful and overlooked the pool area. We had a gorgeous bathroom with a window overlooking a small enclosed garden area. The...

Great hotel in Vientiane to stay. The hotel is clean, quiet and spacious. Staff are very friendly and helpful. From outside, the hotel does not look big but when you get inside, you will see a big space with all green trees and grass. This will give you a peace of mind and feel quite relaxing. Recommended for stay in...

Recommended for great staff, great atmosphere and a quiet setting. Top marks for kind staff who seem to know everything, have all the answers and round up help whenever needed. Layout makes it quiet and location is good.

First impressions were not great as they did not collect us from the airport, apparently there was a mix up with our booking and they soon refunded the $10. We were upgraded to a better room as apology which was a nice gesture but we found that we were put in a 2 bed apartment which was a little pointless...

Spent 4 busy business / sightseeing days in Vientiane and the Green Park Hotel was the perfect place to reload the batteries. Starting from the excellent breakfast overviewing the pool area to the relaxing and quite atmosphere when 'coming home' from the (very close located) city center. Very friendly and helpful staff.
