This is my first and last time to go this worst hotel. The employees are rude! They all want your money and they don't care about the quality service. Don't go here !!!! Their food is nice and their room but the quality of service! Oh my God!

The best one for Laos' accommodation and other service function, rooms, restaurants, function rooms, catering, car park, etc. Located in the central heart of Vientiane, surrounded with others entertainment place, such as, nightlife area, outdoor restaurants, coffee&tea shops, etc.

Since this was my first visit to the city, I wanted a centrally located hotel that is business friendly. This hotel was recommended to me and it was a good recommendation. This is a solid business hotel in this lovely small city. Rooms are excellent, large and clean with all the amenities. The bathroom is good and clean. The breakfast...

After a hot morning walking around Vientiane in October during the Festival we decided to lunch here – choice based on the fact we judged that the toilet facilities would be clean and being a Sunday during the Festival many restaurants appeared closed – so we plumped for the Lao Plaza where we had 2 not very tasty toasted sandwiches...

If you want a very modern, huge, well appointed hotel, this is it. Very luxurious with an amazing pool. Well situated close to restaurants etc. The staff were a bit impersonal but very efficient. If possible get a room on the corner facing the street so that you have views across two sides of the city.

Being located in city center, very convenient for going out for restaurants, shops, some famous temples. Room is clean, lobby space is enough to have short business meeting as well. Sometime wifi connection in room is unstable but basically enough for business use. Since this is a 5 stars hotel in Vientiane, price is more than 100USD per night.

6 floors of hotel rooms with a decent Chinese restaurant and the best Japanese food restaurant in a hotel in Vientiane or Laos. The Japanese GM has done a great job training the local staff and the morning breakfast food offerrings were clean, crisp and hygienic. The shower was working well with enough water pressure all day and night long....

older hotel in a city in full evolution, recently refurbished. Rooms now quite ok, bathrooms could be little more modern, but overall comfortable and rooms and amenities. Staff helpful , swimming pool excellent, nice fitness room. Has to be compared to other Lao places and is quite above standard. Have been there many times never been disappointed. Buffet restaurant is...

Nothing wrong, perfect location, staff attentive, rooms renovated and quiet, parking as well as food/beverage no problem either. The price was rather stiff but due to the lack of options at short notice I took it. Stayed one night and would stay there again if no other (more competitive) option available.
