I stayed here with my group. No atmosphere after you leave the pretentious lobby. Hostel like rooms. No quality anywhere and no reason to call iT Riverside too, because iT was in a Side street. Breakfast was so poor that i had to arrange something in one of the Valerie's further up in the road. No reason to go at...

I wish I had booked somewhere else earlier in advance. This was the only place with a room left. As I write this I just killed two more mosquitoes. Bringing the total to 22. The bed sheets are rough and the room itself has a light smell to it. It smells of tears, regret and lost dreams. The walls are...

Booked it via Agoda but they couldn't allocate my booking, as the guy would have had to leave Facebook, to change the program... If I wouldn't have prepaid, I wouldn't have stayed. Room muffy and full of dust everywhere, spiderwebs in all angles. All furniture very much worn, no hangers in the closet, no safe. Warm water heater in the...

You will find no better hotel with such personal service and a good adjacent restaurant. Out of unknown reason tripadvisor requires at least 200 characters, why I write these extra lines. Well - the weather was good at tje time and the Lao beer cold, cheap and excellent

Great location in the heart of the tourist district near good restaurants and the river walk park. Clean rooms although quite small. Get a room with a window or you feel like you are in a closet. The staff was ok,and friendly, but seemed distracted with their personal cell phones.

Stayed here two nights November 2013 on 4th floor with window for approximately $23 per night. My husband (60) and I (55) traveled thru Southeast Asia for 9 weeks. We stayed in 16 guesthouses; most were between $25 to $45 per nights. I forced ranked them all: three 5 star, four 4 star, seven 3 star, one 2 star, and...

We booked this for 180,000 kip for a double room with a window, bit expensive compared to places we have stayed of a similar quality. Room was clean, with a hot shower so that was fine just basic for the money. The breakfast included was toast and fried egg and tea/coffee which was ok. Alright hotel but probably would look...

We strolled into the riverside hotel after dark so weren't quite aware of what we had walked into! For $20 it didn't seem too bad as everywhere here seems quite expensive, but we had still stayed in much nicer places for half the price around most of Asia. Room was clean enough, no mould on the walls etc and clean...

We don't recommend this hotel! Although rooms are quite clean, that might be the only positive thing about this hotel. The mattress was terrible, like lying directly on the spirals. Breakfast consists only of two slices of toast and two eggs. There was construction going on on one of the upper floors, and although we were told the wouldn't start...
