Stayed in this hotel for one night and it was disgusting. It was dirty, smelly and just plain grotty. So old and so in need of shutting down. I would never stay here again. The breakfast was a joke. Don't stay here.

I am not difficult person. But not having towels and no reaction from the staff, room completely broken and smelly. Breakfast that closes at 9am it is just a joke. I came at 9:10 they even refused me an orange juice. The internet is so slow I cannot even open my email. Cannot work. Your hotel really sucks and once...

From the intermittent wifi, not being given towels, hard mattress, loud as hell air conditioner, to the shower doors about to fall off, our room looked good in photos but in reality it was terrible. You suffer a nights sleep only to wake up to a "complimentary breakfast" that was cooked at 6:30am and then they make no effort to...

litterally terrible and disgusting. desk staff don't speak english. Rooms sound all night. Mosquitoes are biting, and water dropping sound doesn't stop. It's cheap. The cheap price may explain all. And there seems to be a girls house nearby.

Hotel hosting visa run people that come with agencies. Very dirty, I had ants all over my room floor. Frond desk costumer service horrible. Staff sleeping on stairs not paying any attention to costumers. Food served as buffet almost inedible. Very far away from center of town. Internet doesn't work anywhere. I stayed here because it was booked in the...

We chose the hotel because of it's walking distance to the Thai consulate. That is only good point. Our key card didn't work properly and took about 5 minutes of constant swiping for the door to open. On one occasion, the housekeeper was nearby and offered to help with the master key; it also didn't work! out of curiosity, i...

Good place, great food but a very slow wifi connection. Free Karaoke during the evening to chill with Lao Beer. I still like the place but I feel so creepy during the night in my room. Thank you. Xoxo

Stayed here as part of a visa run package. The room and service were okay. However, the location was pretty boring since nothing much was around, not even a simple convenience store. Also, the food served was pretty terrible.

Stayed in this hotel for one night. As suggested in the title, it's good for visa runs as it's close to the Thai embassy. It's a very basic hotel with biggish rooms and clean, though the room I stayed in had no windows so felt a little claustrophobic. The bathroom requires maintenance as the shower doors were held loosely by...
