Really good value for your money. The rooms are basic bot clean, the common area has decent internet (for Laos), and has a cafe where you can relax after a sightseeing day. Around the place you can find places to eat and get a massage. Walking distance from the river. My only trouble was that I only got hot water...

Simple, and possibly the cheapest private room in the area. Good location for night market, morning market and various shops close enough to walk . Many religious attractions are within good walking distance. Ice creams served in the cafe are brilliant after a day exploring. (Not newly built, as all the staff proclaimed; on booking we were told it was...

My husband and I visited in early February. They did not have a double room available, so we checked into a twin room with private bathroom, air con and free Wi-Fi (US$14 a night). Note: due to the exchange rate it would have been cheaper to pay in kip. Staff were lovely, and the room was simple and clean. Staff...

You got what you paid for. Have free wifi but it's useless because working weird. So $10 per night is ok for double accommodation. I Got a fan room 28 January, it's enough no need to pay more for air-con, at night time is not hot. Also In room no tv ))

I think this is one of the cheapest options in town with somewhat value for money (80.000K for double fan room, 100.000K for double aircon). Rooms are quite spacious with high ceilings, there is wifi (although a bit slow), small balconies at the front of the hotel, the location is really good and there is a clean, nice and new...

Just like Katie 2, me and my husband moved here from another guesthouse as it was half the price we were originally paying. The room was spacious and the place is brand new so everything is fresh and clean. They can book buses but I would recommend going down the street as it's cheaper. Staff are friendly. Would recommend.

The room was spacious and quite clean (disregarding some old stains on the sheets) but without windows. When you just want a room to sleep then it's quite a good deal, because they're real cheap compared to the others in the area. But the the hotel is nothing to stay around: the communal space in the front of the lobby...
