Quick and easy booking, and I received excellent customer service prior to my arrival, even receiving a very nice confirmation the day before I was expected to arrive where we confirmed my stay and airport transfer. Even though the transfer had been confirmed, no one showed up at the airport to pick me up. When arriving at the hotel the...

Phasouk Vientiane Lao PDR Nice, small hotel. Good location at quiet place. Average breakfast. Wifi working quite well. Safe parking for motorbikes. About 10 minutes walking to evening market at Mekong river bank. Value quite good. Can stay again.

Reasonably close to the river and cafes. Staff were happy to open the doors at any hour and made you feel welcome. Visited with my son in November 2013 for a single night before heading to Vang Vieng. Found some fantastic eateries along the river and the night markets are not to be missed. Watch out for fake iPhones at...

In a quiet road near the main tourist area for restaurants and shops and near the riverfront. Hotel was spotlessly clean and well managed. Staff were polite and very helpful. Breakfast was adequate. Room was maintained well and comfortable. Good for the price, it does not pretend to be a five star hotel, most people expect.

The location of this hotel cannot be beat. The hotel is steps from all of the bars, clubs, restaurants and the riverfront. The internet is intermittent at best and non-existent often. The complimentary breakfast is inedible--better to walk around the corner to great coffee shops and get great food. The bathroom during my recent stay was filthy: there was mold...

It was very basic, and in the meanwhile it didn't cost me much,so I felt not bad. Actually the most importane thing was,it was 15 meters away from nigh life of Vientiane, so don't worry, you don't have many time spending in the hotel, you just sleep there!

Location is good close to the river and the main attractions, there is also a nice temple near by which leads to the river front. The guest house is avarage, not cosy, not clean as it should, mainly the bathroom which by the way had no door. Beds are ok, breakfast nothing special with very little choise. A place with...

Phasouk Residence (also now known as A Villa Phasouk Hotel) is a small, quaint, pleasant hotel perfectly located. It's situated on a small side street with no outlet, so it's generally quiet. It's just minutes walk from all the down-town restaurants, pubs, shops, massage, and the Night Market along the river. The hotel itself is pleasantly designed, with nice furnishings...

I stayed here 2 nights. This hotel located central city. It is a 10 minutes drive from the airport. (USD6) The room was clean and quiet. Breakfast was not so good, but OK. Hot water was not hot enough. The biggest problem was that the toilet was audible from outside… Anyway not so bad hotel. Maybe depend on room.

I got the title of my review from a previous reviewer's comments. For one, the hotel (now called Avilla Phasouk) is in a good location -- very close to good eating places and sites, the main roads, but not on the main road so it's quiet. The hotel is clean as to be expected (Lao people are obsessed with clean...
