Wonderfully kind staff in a great location. Reasonably priced with breakfast included. I will return to stay and recommend getting a lower floor room. Close to the river and many international restaurants and a plehora of cafes. The night market is nearby and the lical temples are also clise. If you arise by 5 AM, you will see a large...

Excellent location in middle of town, but still quietish compared to crowds, heat and humidity of Bangkok Our room was spotless, very surprising for a hotel with a low rate like we paid. We will without a doubt tell our family and friends about this place, and we already booked our next stay for next month! Definitely a hidden gem...

Good location, just easy 5min walk from the night market, many restaurants and shops surrounding the hotel. Downstairs area is small and cosy, there is a certain style and the service is good. The rooms are nothing to write home about, a bit dark, the balcony faces the brick wall. Breakfast was very basic. WiFi was very fast.

We knew our experience here wasn't going to be pleasant from the moment we checked in. The staff member who checked us in was not personable at all, barely helpful, and seemed to be bothered by our presence. The sink in the bathroom leaked terribly, so the water got all over the floor. The beds were small and stiff with...

I moved here from a garden hotel just a bit out of town and felt like a hit paradise. The staff were professional. My laundry was finished in only several hours. The bed was comfortable and the pillows just right. Room with balcony was lovely. Just what I needed after two long bike rides to the rural areas, caves, and...

I booked a room with the description that it is a city view. But they have given me a room facing a wall, which can be quite dark and depressing. I hope they can improve their site announcements. Other than that, the location is convenient and room is of good size. TV connection was not good. For breakfast, one needs...

Great hotel for couples and families. It is walking distance from most attractions and just a few minutes away from good local and international restaurants. We had a really pleasant stay and got value for our money.. Would stay here again if ever we come back to Vientiane.

if you decide to spend some time in Laos, avoid this place, or at the very least inquire about any construction happening on your floor. Also, you may want to have breakfast elsewhere since everything except the melons was atrocious. The coffee came without milk and there wasn't any sugar, the eggs were runny and the bread was stale. I...

Easy hotel to stay at. They let us check in early without any problems. Off the Main Street, so nice and quiet. Clean and well maintained. Poor breakfast choices, we ended up eating breakfast out. Not a bad thing as food in this city is so yum and cheap.

We stayed in both a standard and superior room during high season. This place only wins points on its central location, just 50 m from shops, atms and cafes and about 200m from the main former riverside strip that is now reclaimed land. Bathrooms were slimy with mould.
