The problem is here is that this place is so good, it can be hard to book. If you can, do it. You won't find any better value in Vientiane for the price and we found the staff very helpful as well. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, including my favorite L'Adresse de Tinay which is about a 5 minute...

Vayakorn Inn - very beautiful, clean, well maintained. Old traditional feel with classic furniture that is in beautiful condition. Probably a lot to do with the fact that no shoes are permitted beyond the lobby. - located right nearby the waterfront hot spot with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. No bike rental here, but any other guest house within...

A value for money hotel in a good location. Clean and quiet, with modern and attractive decor throughout the hotel. The double room was spacious and spotless. Wifi worked throughout the hotel and there was also a computer in the foyer area to use. My only faults being that the floors and stairs were exceptionally slippery, with shoes having to...

Great room with small balcony, great service from the staff who were always pleasant, helpful and respectful. Close to city centre with Lao kitchen around the corner and plenty of variety of restaurants close. Highly recommend this Inn.

This hotel is in the City centre but it is up a quiet lane so away from most of the noise and fumes. Our room was very large and comfortable with a shower stall instead of the whole bathroom being the shower - luxury! The staff are very helpful and attentive even if their English was not perfect. A great...

Beautiful establishment, crap service. That is all I have to say about this place. Quite expensive compared to other guesthouses around, you would expect better - but no. When I made a complaint, I was subject to racist comments, and rude behavior. "It is 12 noon now, you should leave - I don't want to talk to you anymore" At...

We moved here after a night in a dark, musty B and B just 2 blocks away. No comparison. Cost $2 more ($35) and no breakfast but it's like going from 2 star to 4 star. Bright, aircon, lovely dark floors and attractive room. Good wifi in my room and good TV. Wonderful to have such a comfortable place to...

We stayed for 5 days over new year and having previously stayed at Vayakorn Guest House twice, we were very pleasantly surprised. Although on second floor our room was huge, good bed but the shower (although very clean bathroom/toilet) drained away very slowly. No real problem though. We had roomn 201 but would go for rooms on other side of hotel...
