This is the second time I have stayed here. Good location. Easy walking distance to a I would classify this as a"Boutique Hotel" and I will stay here again.lmost everything. Wi-Fi was improved since my last visit. Swimmers... there is no pool. The price is reasonable and the beds are comfortable. Enjoy the view from the small balcony in every...

We stayed here for four nights in Feb 2012, there was myself, my wife and our two children aged 4 and 9. We found the place to be fine for our short stay and about a 20 minute walk to the river and about 15 or so to the main town or main market area. It's situated on the corner...

We stayed two nights and each night there was loud music from the Ministry of Education Guesthouse next door. The end of the hotel corridor facing the guesthouse courtyard was open which funneled the noise into our part of the hotel. Luckily the noise stopped at 11pm (by law I understand). The hot water tap in the shower wouldn't turn...

Unlike the people of Laos, this hotel's staff didn't make us feel very welcome. I would rate their customer service as average, but generally found other people in Laos to be much more than that. Hotel's rooms are large, very adequate, and hotel restaurant is fine for breakfast and even a snack. I'd stay there again because we could walk...

Good size rooms, simple but functional (no real character) and clean. Centrally located - many sites at walking distance, which is good. Average breakfast but avoid going late as when something finishes it's... finished. Free Wi-Fi.

Hotel is located nearby eateries and sightseeing. Rated as 2star facilities, tired looking but clean and staff are badly train. Leader by example because even the Manager in charge (Bhavin - he is not local) is not customer oriented, no effort, prefer short term business. Hotel do not provide international adapter or any other extra help because all staff were...

The foyer of the City Inn prominently displays a quote from Ghandi, circa 1890, which demands that the purpose of the service is the guest of the hotel. A most inappropriate quote for this establishment. The hotel is clean and quiet, the breakfasts are OK, the beds are comfortable (but not the pillows) but the staff are not totally dedicated...

This hotel is in an excellent location in the middle of Vientiane. The rooms are large and beds comfortable and clean, and are modern rather than have character. Check-in was easy and the staff were helpful. Breakfast was a little more interesting. The staff just sit there watching everyone and don't really do anything. If you want coffee/tea/eggs - get...

We stayed at this hotel for two nights. It has everything you need including a hair dryer which we found in short supply in Lao hotels. The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff go out of their to help and it is in a central location. Would recommend, great value for money.

Stayed here three nights recently and found it to be good value, clean and quiet. Breakfast was better than many hotels in Laos. Service was good and staff helpful. Our family had a suite and an ordinary room and although the suite was large unless you need the lounge room we felt that a standard room would have been fine. Location...
