Also when you send email, the answer will be in english but no one speaks any English at the reception. People are nice but no valuable information...

The receptionnist helped us to sort the booking for our next destination (we do not speak russian nor kazakh) and has been very patient with us and even used her own mobile phone to do so....

We don't speak Russian but reception was very patient and helped us use google translate on their computer. There are only about 5 bedrooms in...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
From the beginning of functioning of our hotel, the motto of the work we have chosen the "Home decor, comfort and hospitality". Like all modern hotels in Astana we go "with the times" and constantly try to make our guests stay as comfortable as possible. All our rooms are equipped with everything necessary for short trips and for longer stays. In addition, we are in the center, on the left coast of river "Ishim", a five minute walk "boils" life of the big city. Our Astana - one of the recognizable, beautiful, dynamic capitals of the world. Guests of our city, after the employment or study conducted with the capital day, can relax in tranquil surroundings.
