From the day we arrived, till the day we left, we were well taken care of. Staff was friendly. Manager was very helpful. Room was big, comfortable and very quiet. Loved the morning breakfast. It was simple, not buffet style, but breakfast by the pool was really relaxing. The staff offered us to try a Cambodian dessert while we were...

Room - we had a large room with 2 queen beds to accommodate 4 persons. It was pretty spacious with a personal chillax area right outside the room which i appreciate. Beds are comfy and toilet is clean. However, the room does not come with hairdryer or ironing board which i feel are necessary. Tiles of the room also did...

We stayed one night at The Kabiki in Phnom Penh. It's a nice and calm place in the city, 5-10 minutes walking distance to the palace and in the neigbourhood of the prime minister's residence. All the other sights can easily be accessed by Tuk Tuk or by foot. Check the Tuk Tuk price list on the hotel's front desk...

During my recent trip to Cambodia I stayed at the kabiki twice. It's location is close to all sights and well hidden from the madness of Phnem Penh. The Grounds are amazing. Lovely pool and restaurant/bar. The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. Breakfast is included and couldn't be better. All freshly made and served with such love...

The Kabiki is the only hotel that allows children. A group of us (10 adults and 6 children) came to Phnom Penh after spending a week at Prey Veng village (2 hours out of Phnom Penh from 19 - 22 June. The Kabiki, located on an embassy row, was indeed, like an oasis with lush greenery. We had to get...

Despite being right downtown near the palace, the hotel is very peaceful and quiet. I could hear no traffic noise in my room or on the hotel grounds, Part of this stems from the fact that the hotel is on a street closed to traffic with a manned guardhouse at the street's end. I believe this is because the hotel...

Very comfortable.Lovely staff who were very helpful. Very nice room . Just a perfect place to come back to after a days sight-seeing in Phnom Penh. I would recommend notifying guests that taxi's cannot drop you at the hotel. You must walk a short distance - hotel staff greet you quickly but, my late night arrival not knowing I would...

The Kabiki was a dream. Unfortunately we stayed there only one night, we could have stayed there all holiday. The rooms are located in a fantastic garden. The service staff is very lovely, the breakfast is perfect. We would come back to this little oasis of freedom anytime. Although it is in the city center, it is really quite. You...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
After opening our famous Pavilion boutique hotel, we realised, as people with family ourselves, that Phnom Penh needed a resort that was family orientated and child friendly. The historic colonial house we found on Oknha Peich Street with its 3500m2 of surrounding land was perfect. Caring, friendly staff, lots of nature for children to explore, the Kabiki is a place to relax, take a swim and lounge in the sun between days exploring Phnom Penh and the nearby attractions of the Royal Palace, Wat Botum and the riverside. We planted over 500 native trees, many of which we've placed name tags on so you can identify them yourselves. ... more   less
