The rooms are really no frills, but being a recent college grad, it was perfect for me. A bathroom all to myself, probably the most comfortable mattress and pillows I've slept on in ages, and very quiet (and I was on the first floor, front room). The breakfast options were delicious, filling, and super cheap. I liked the location. It...

Sunday Guest House is a good option if you're on a budget. I paid $8 for a private room with it's own bathroom. While I have stayed in cleaner rooms, the bed was comfortable and I did not notice bed bugs. The location is a little far from the water area attractions, bars and restaurants but it's only about a...

Stayed here jan 2012 and didn't we regret it! Arrived here tired after long bus journey, threw our bags down and went straight to bed only to be woken in the night by some furious itching. After pulling back the covers it was clear to see why - bed bugs and plenty of them. The mattress was a state, unfortunately...

For $4 a night, this is a great choice. Sure, we've stayed in cleaner, more spacious rooms in our travels, but certainly not for this price. Breakfast isn't included, but is cheap and pretty good. The staff is great help in planning transport and activities with good English to boot. Location is not the greatest, best accessed by tuk-tuk or...

Stayed here twice whilst volunteering/travelling in Cambodia. Rooms are basic but cheap and all you need if you're on a budget! Air con worked fine and en suite wet rooms were spacious. No towels were provided though. Staff were absolutely lovely and spoke very good English. They were happy to organise your transport and offer advice on the city. Their...

for the price, well you cannot top this place. The location is just fine with quite helpful staff. Some of me buds stayed here longer than me and they really had a super time. There are bad reviews of this place but i believe firmly that if you pay this kind of price then you should and will not receive...

I stayed here for a few nights while I was in Phnom Penh and on a budget. The staff and owners were very kind and helpful, I went back a second time based on their hospitality, otherwise I might have looked elsewhere. The rooms are very basic, not the cleanest, but also what I would expect for a low-budget guest...

We booked online. When we showed up the room was gross and the staff refused to turn on the AC, we left 10 minutes later for Fairyland right next door. Same price, better rooms, AC, Wifi, everything! Sunday guest house still charged us for the room ($12), after arguing that we had already paid the 2.40 dollar deposit online and...

Was an awful stay. The staff are unfriendly. The room was ok, but the food they served was dreadful!! Ate here three times and was disappointed each time and couldn't finish it! Wouldn't reccomend going at all!!

The family that run this guest house make it a worthy place to stay a few nights. They were honest and kind, trusted their guests completely, and had lots of smiles to give. If you like the staff you kind of overlook the broken toilet (we were eventually moved to another room), cold shower, and pricey tasteless instant noodles on...
