We've booked this hotel despite of all the negative comments about the friendliness of the staff. We're glad we booked it because we haven't encountered these things. The staff was friendly, location is in the centre of Phnom Penh so with a little bit of common sense you'll understand it's crowdy and a bit noisy. Nonetheless, we didn't find the...

We've seen a lot travelling through the Asia but that's just too much. They're pretty expensive and service was so poor. The owner decided to make some renovation and that's good. But he started it everyday at 6:45am almost in our rooms. It was so noisy that we couldn't sleep at all. There is no possibility of shower after checkin...

The good: Comfortable, big room with king size bed,A/C, fan, en suite and writing desk. Clean and tidy, modern look. Unbeatable location: next door to the Royal Palace, riverside and countless shops, restaurants, bakeries, pharmacies etc. They do understand the concept of a Western toilet (not many guesthouses, accommodation facilities in Cambodia do) and staff speaks fair English so easy...

Located right next to the royal palace and river, this is the perfect place to stay for all the action in Phnom Penh. Our room was spacious and had good aircon. Wifi worked quite well, and the staff seemed friendly. We had a nice little private balcony which was cute! Didn't eat at the restaurant so can't comment. I don't...

Good guesthouse with excellent position in front of National museum and Royal Palace, very close to river. Hot watter, Wi-Fi internet, good bed, AC and fan including. One problem, but I think it is normal in PhnomPenh - it is a bit noisy. But I can recommended.

Location is good in terms of being close to attractions but not so good if you would like to sleep at night. Traffic n city noises are very loud. We were on the 5th floor which is a lot of steep steps up. Good thing was that we had a window and great view. Beds are rock soild, so is...

The guesthouse is located right in the tourist centre of Phnom Penh near the nice street 178. When I arrived, however, the staff could barely say one friendly word. I got the key of the room but no explanation how to get there. When I asked I got a short answer: "4th floor upstairs". This could be a major point...

I thought the guesthouse was a decent place to stay. Location was good - although noisy. The thin walls didn't help as we could hear people in other rooms as well as guests going up and down the stairs. Our room was only the 4th floor so if you have a lot of luggage it would have been a struggle...

It's right beside the palace and other attractions but at night it's loud as there are no proper windows on the rooms to cater for city life. The staff were asleep in our room when we arrived and make a lot of noise beside our room both late at night and early in the morning.
