Hilary's Boutique Hotel is in a quiet street, away from the madness - but close to many modern and expensive cafees and restaurants. Maybe this is good if you feel more comfortable with the modern life. This area is not suited for backpackers. You need a tuk-tuk to the riverside (around 3 USD). Room was a bit dark, but clean...

This was the last hotel during our brief tour of Vietnam and Cambodia and our experience was quite different than most of the posted reviews. We only unpacked what was necessary for the evening and couldn’t wait to get away. We arrived at the check-in office and immediately saw on the floor in front of us, 2 large cans of...

My favorite hotel during a six-month tour of SE Asia. Plenty of amenities for the price. Sparkling pool. Very good kitchen. We opted to eat in most nights. International menu all day. Excellent breakfast choices with a fruit plate added to each one. Rooms a bit small but lacking in nothing. Full bath. If possible get a patio room. Nice...

Really happy to have been at this hotel. Very good location, right in the center of the busy city. The room is nice, clean and quiet. Very reasonable room charge. The food, the staff and services were very good. Will come back again.

I sponsor a child (Cambodian Children's Fund) and I choose Hilary's again for many reasons: It is quiet and comfortable and the staff are unbelievably accommodating and friendly. I stayed almost a week by myself! There are numerous excellent restaurants within walking distance and a tuk tuk is always available right outside the entrance. The pool is beautiful and warm...

This hotel is in a quiet section of the city, which is a pleasant respite at the end of a day in such a busy city. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are very nicely appointed. The plumbing needs attention which is surprising given the standard of everything else. Even though we visited in peak season the...

Been here a few times for my regular trip to Phnom Penh. I always feels safe and well looked after by the staff and the manager. The room, the food and atmosphere are absolutely great. Can't wait to come back again.

We recently stayed here during our photo tour trip to Cambodia as booked by All Points East Travels. A nice little hotel, staff and owner are friendly, but marred when the safety box in our room was tampered and some of our spending money was stolen while we were out and about. Apparently, upon police investigation, an employee (cleaning supervisor)...

Thank you for staying with us and taking the time to write a review on our hotel. We are very disappointed with the turn of events during your stay. As you are aware we treated the issue with the highest of regard and concern. We took the option of involving the police who were unable to prove if a theft...

Back again with my family. My wife and 02 kids. Still enjoyed with all services. The rooms are not very big, but very nice for one week holiday to Phnom Penh and around. My kids did love the pool and the local food at the hotel. This time, I tried Khmer Traditional Massage and it was great. Thanks to all...
