Great value. Room was on the 3rd floor, easy to navigate around the building, there is only 1 stairways leading to the ground floor. Room is clean and big with balcony but no window or view. "Window" from balcony cannot be locked. Main door is not solid so you can basically hear your neighbours. Refrigerator is dirty but usable. Many...

I thought it was a good price for 35$, laundry, wifi, and bkfst included. I'm primarily writing this because of the honestly of the staff that do the laundry. A friend of mine did his laundry and when he came back to his room at the end of the day there was $50 sitting on top of his laundry. He...

Our group stayed a week here and was very satisfied given the reasonable cost, very clean premises, and included laundry, wifi and breakfast. The included same-day laundry is a huge perk for this hot climate, potentially helping you cut down on packing. Some "inside" rooms (mine included) have little daylight because of the close proximity of the adjacent building but...

For the price and the location the hotel is good value for money but be prepared - a lot of the rooms don't have a window. There is free wi-fi and it's easy to get about because there are always tuk tuks waiting outside. Breakfast is ok, not the best we had on our trip but also not the worst....

I stayed in the annex, which is the cheaper part of the hotel across the street. Decor is basic & tired looking but my room was big & airy with a high ceiling so, in general, I liked it. The staff was generally pleasant & helpful; the free breakfast was adequate but nothing special. I liked the location because it's...

I have stayed here three or four times and find it to be well priced and very convenient. The airport pickup has always worked well, the laundry arrives back on time and Street 278 boasts a handful of good bars and restaurants. That said, the rooms are getting tired and the plumbing in the bathrooms is eclectic at best. There...

I was there for a two-night stay for a business in Phnom Penh. Looking at its name, I imagined that this is a good hotel, at least comfortable to stay. I got the room in other building which seemed very creepy. There was like a cabinet but located almost in the roof of the room. The room was fine but...

This would be classed as a mid price hotel I guess but with the improvements being seen all over the city, unless they are careful I think this place will drop into the backwater unless it refreshes its facilities pretty soon. It's a popular place and everything works. The rooms were a little dowdy and the bathrooms needed an update...

Old fashioned......dirty......old grubby furniture.......'reception' was not a warm welcome or helpful and no one EVER smiled!. The beds were hard the room was dirty there was mould in my fridge. The balcony looked onto a building site. The floors were not clean. We used the cups from the room which were never cleaned!. The laundry came back....and it did not...

Clean and spacious room with refrigerator and air-conditioner, though the decor was old-fashioned. Convenient location: Restaurants and supermarket around the hotel, major attractions in walking distance. Tuk-tuks waiting in front of the hotel. Free breakfast, WIFI, and laundry. Nice staffs, great service, and unbeatable room rate. Who could ask for more?
