While the location isn't bad, the cleanliness and smell is. The room was not clean, nor the bathroom, as I discovered black hair all around (mine is blonde..) There was only one towel for two people. The noise from the street is rather loud as well. Its not bad for a quick stop but the rooms are overpriced for the...

Location is great as it's just two mins walk to the riversides or the Royal Palace. The museum is also within minutes of walking and staffs are very helpful. Hotel room is clean with nice Double bed and fixed with cable LCD TV, hair dryer and even a min bar. My room is 203 with good Wi-Fi connection and got...

The hotel is in a good central location overlooking the royal palace complex. There are plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood, but at night, the area dies down completely. However, at least two separate nightlife areas are within walking distance. I didn't quite expect the room to be quite so tiny, but I didn't need much more than a bed...

I managed 3 hours here and then left. It's an open 'hotel' with no lifts and the lights were broken so I had to work to room down long corridors in the dark. Room smelt of sewage so I asked to move then the next room was really dark, old and smelly. There were mosquitoes in room, it was really...

This hotel is cheap, well-located, and the breakfast is decent, but otherwise it is incredibly dirty and not worth it. Mold on the walls, slime in the bathroom (don't think it's ever been cleaned), and hair in the sheets. When our AC wasn't working in the first room they didn't want to move us, but we insisted. Mediocre all around.

Really great quality hotel for this price ($15) and it includes breakfast! The noodles are absolutely delicious and the other breakfasts looked good too. The staff are helpful and the location is central. The room was clean and comfortable and the water pressure in the shower was good. Good restaurant: exit the hotel and turn left, first local looking place...

Good breakfast and coffee, good location (very near National Museum, Royal Palace, market), average service, friendly staff. Don't have elevator but it's not a problem, it's a interesting experience to climb up the floors.

The hotel is nice enough. I was in a twin room on the 2nd floor - there is no lift so you would have to carry your luggage up yourself. The room was fine, it was clean, there were tea & coffee facilities, the bathroom was fine and there was a communal area with a couple of sofas if you...

I was a bit dubious about booking this because of some of the reviews but my experience exceeded my expectations. The staff were friendly and helpful (even let me do some printing for free!) and you cannot be in a more perfect location to explore the city. The room was clean and serviced well each day. The shower had fine...

Staff are friendly and took our bags up to the fourth floor (no lift) room was very basic but had wifi and decent a/c however the room was dirty with horrible stains on the cushions, hairs in the bed, exposed wires in the shower, a non functional safe and dirty fridge. There were no towels so we asked reception for...
