my wife and I stayed here for 5 nights when we first moved to PP. We had our 2 small dogs with us. Not only was booking and arranging easy, but Olga took care of transportation from the airport. The staff is gracious and friendly, kind and warm. They went out of their way to accommodate us and our dogs.... More

We stayed at the Jasmin Monument hotel for one night at the end of our stay in Vietnam and Cambodia, but we wish we had stayed longer!! On arrival, we were greeted by a giant wooden front gate, hiding the outdoor pool and front reception where our hosts awaited. The reception staff were very friendly and one of the male... More

My sister and I booked a room online and could get a twin bed room + late check out (15:00!) at the reception in arrival without paying anything extra. Immediately got a drink and candle light from them when we were in the pool (could be bigger but you can swim about 7 meters or something). They arrange tuktuk and... More

We loved this Place! Right from the beginning when I booked. They were Uber efficient and quick with replies. The whole team were really helpful with knowledge and our requests. Our room was minimalistic but beautifully so. V tasteful. Bathroom clean as was the room. Olga and Emma manage the place and are so cool, they spoilt us . The... More

●Bad→No elevator. Drain smells bad. some young staffs need a proper conversation. I am not your brother but I am your parents age. lol ●Good→ Good Hospitality and smile.well clean all. Hot water. Pool is also clean. Nice cafe and bars are nearby. I would like to stay again.

We were greeted warmly by a young chap on reception who was very friendly, attentive and helpful. Unfortunately however the room was worse than the photo. The bathroom wasn't as clean as it could be. It was very small and there was a big gap under door leading outside to balcony. The safe also didn't work and we ended up... More

Small and cute little hotel, good breakfast on the roof. Well located, cute little restaurants and very close to the Royal Palace. The customer service is amazing. They remember our tastes and desires. We asked for an early breakfast as we were leaving at 7am and they bought us French pastries for the road. Communication is the key, and they... More

I was surprised when I arrived at the hotel. Welcome by 2 Taiwanese lady. A little warm feeling that we speak the same language, Mandarin. Place was cozy, clean and quiet except a few mozzie flying around probably from the balcony when the door was opened. Breakfast was a la carte. A little flaw like missing teaspoon and sugar when... Rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious with comfortable beds. This contemporary hotel is what you would call top quality without any artsy detailing at a great price. Away from the hustle bustle of crowds with just a 5 min walk to the famous Pub Street. We were welcomed with smiling faces and a very much needed iced bamboo tea and... More

Very central, housed in a mansion used by the UN post Pol Pot, large, clean rooms with AC, satellite TV and very fast wifi. Nice pool. Staff delightful and helpful. A tad worn at the edges but for these prices in this location, who's complaining?
