We had a guaranteed reservation. Upon arrival we were asked to see the booking. They came back and informed us that did not have a room for us. They wanted to move us to another property. We had friends staying at hotel 252 which is right next door and moving would be great inconvience. We wanted to be close by...

I was travelling alone and appreciated the warm welcome and helpful staff. Clean room, I had some dirty pillows which were changed in a second when I mentioned it. Good breakfast and very very spacious room. Unfortunately the room on the base floor had all the staff noise in the morning (pop music at 6 a.m.), but I was only...

Nice, clean place to stay. We stayed here only for two nights after our arrival from Europe. We got nice room , which i guess was a suite, it had one big living room with couch and kitchen, spacious bedroom and bathroom. It was really clean and nice. I would point out the receptionists, they were both really nice and...

We stayed here for 3 nights and were very lucky to be upgraded to a suite. The room was very spacious and opened up onto the little garden which makes you almost forget about the hustle and bustle going on outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the manager greeted us each day and asked if he could...

Great, spacious, living space, lots of greenery that is relaxing and private from the street and surroundings. Quite safe, although the street outside needs more street lights. Staff there is super friendly, helpful with restaurant+activity recommendations. Especially Sophearith Ol, he is incredibly eager to help out, is sincere, easy going, and very amicable. He has gone over and beyond my...

My friend and I stayed at Frangipani for an entire week. We didn't realize it before, but it's located in a very central part of town -- right outside of the National Monument, and within 10-15 min walking distance to dozens of stores, massage parlors, and classy restaurants. Rooms were very spacious and well kept. We were especially impressed by...

The Franpipani are a series of hotels. Do not be fooled. We thought we were staying near the Royal Palace and many of the tuktuk drivers had absolutely no idea where we were staying, even when showing them the address. We spent about an hour driving around with our tuktuk driver asking other tuktuk drivers he passed. At one stage...

This hotel is very centrally located and makes you pay for it... Rooms are spacious and nicely decorated, but showing their age... Staff is untrained. Most likely would not stay here again in a city of so many alternatives.

I visited here shortly but i am sure this hotel is the best. All staffs were kind, location was good, foods were fine, plus has wifi( it was slow. Hope it gets faster). Also the hotel looks quite unique, because it is probably in 60's style, some of the facilities were new,ex) bathroom. The location is not bad. Quite near from the...
