Totally amazed by the utter stupidity of the manager here charging me 4$ for tea. It is usually 2$ which is expensive but I asked for another teabag which costs 5 cents and he charged an extra 2$. I understand that they charge high prices and that's ok. What I object to is being ripped off. The attitude that tourists...

Sary's Sensations is now under new ownership. Western run cafe and bar. Please disregard any old reviews when this was a guesthouse ;-)

What can I say...? The man is a consummate gentleman, his staff a great bunch of friendly people, the rooms comfortable, the food respectable, the drinks prices cheap enough (happy hour all the time!) and the location pretty damned perfect. My only complaint is the lack of mechanical vertical assistance to get to the upper rooms. After a few drinks...

I had the 'freedom' room which had a generous balcony that overlooked the street, which was fantastic for watching the world go by. This boutique type hotel had lots of character and super friendly staff wtih excellent English. The location is really good, a step away from the riverside, and an easy walk to attractions like the night market, royal...

Location $20,,, friendly, good food. Expats come from other B&B to eat here. Great local food worth a visit. Situated right in the center of the action, two minutes walk rom the river. Good value for money, laundry service too.

The only thing positive was the great and immediate service. The staff set us up with a tuktuk to the Killing Fields and tickets for Mekong Express within minutes and at standard rates. Great! However, the room was very small, not especially comfortable and the bath was dark and terrible. For the money we paid we expected a lot, but...

I booked a room for 3 nights thru Expedia and when I arrived at the hotel they took me to a room with NO WINDOW! When I told them that this was not stated anywhere on their website and I couldn't stay in the room they said that rooms with Windows were fully booked and that I could either stay...

My first time in Phnom Penh for twelve years and the increase of budget accommodation choices is staggering, but with it is the increase in what your money can get you. I really enjoyed Sary's as he's friendly, helpful, with clean, large rooms with large shower rooms with warm water. Highly recommended.

We came here twice, on our way to koh rong sanloem and back, and we really enjoyed it! On arrival it looks more as just a restaurant or bar, but once you get upstairs in your room, the rooms are very clean, provide everything from soap to fresh towls, very comfy beds (especially pillows), tv, aircon, fan... staff is super...

My Son & I are staying here for 4 nights & we love it. Great location with lots to see & plenty of Tuk tuk available. It is not fancy but has all you need with a big bathroom & air-conditioning. The staff are friendly & helpful, who love to have a chat with my 19yo son. Close to the...

Contacted Sary on facebook, was prompt to reply messages. Assisted in purchasing bus tickets from Phnom Penh. Planned to stay here after our trip to Siem Reap but instead spent our nights in a female dorm to gain from a dorm stay. Would stay here the next time. Thank you Sary.
