After looking at the bad reviews I can see that many people are just outright lying. There is service plentiful. The owners stay there and the food is excellent. It's the same owner of Steve's steakhouse and I have to say I enjoyed my time there.

I don't know why this place receives so many bad reviews. We almost didn't stay here for our extra days before the conference, and I would have been so mad if I had allowed myself to be swayed by the reviews. No, the rooms are not super modern and updated, but they are large and clean enough and any problems...

This place is wonderful for families for a day visit. The pool is excellent and features water slides for young and older children. It has a great deep end. There is also a regular playground and tennis court ($6 per hour court fee) Everything is well maintained, safe and clean. There are a lot of seating and lounging options, all...

We stayed here for a night and it was downright frightening. The rooms looked a century old. Tap wasn't working well, and there was an enormous lizard by the wall welcoming us into our room. There wasn't any other guest in the entire place except us. Theres no reception, no staff. If you wanna stay overnight, don't. Its an enormous...

The place is nice, but it's let down by the laziest staff in Cambodia "working" there. As a customer, I expect that when I sit down a menu will be placed before me. i should have to beg lazy staff that are hanging around the bar doing nothing. The food was overpriced for simple food. Waiting 40 minutes for another...

I feel a little let down by the website. I expected some place a lot more green and lush with room for my kids to run around. While this was not the case, I would recommend this place for families with little kids. Great pool with good, safe slides. Lots of shade and free wi-fi for mom and dad, tennis...

Pool is nice and good for kids but management from top to bottom is indifferent, lackadaisical and a bit clueless. We decided to hold our daughter's b-day party there as it does have a nice pool and is good for kids to play. We were allowed to bring a b-day cake but when the owner, "Steve", learned the cake also...

I must say we were looking forward to a relaxing wekend out of the city after some hectic weeks at work. Well it became a more stressing adventure than staying at home and looking after ourselves. Upon arrival we were greeted by a waitress demanding our passports, not at the reception but on the parkng lot.. Anyway, we were shown...

My first stay at Kingdom Resort was pleasant with very polite staff and a friendly atmosphere. The location is a bit away from downtown Phnom Penh, a 15-20 minute ride by taxi or tuktuk. The menu is a mix of Greek, Asian and American dishes. The prices on some items are higher than I expected but there are many modest...

“There are several varieties of the family suite, some with doors between the rooms and some without. Rooms 118 and 117 had them.”

“We were in "family room" #111. It is right next to the playground. Ideal for sitting out on the lanai, yet close enough to keep an eye on the kids. It has a massive 'master suite' with an adjoining 'livingroom' with TV and mini-fridge. This is where they placed the extra mattress for the kids. We moved the couch out from the master into there and the mini-fridge into our room. Much better. No outside noise disturbed us at night, probably because we could hear very little over the rattle and hum of the A/C unit.”
