It's closed for renovations but you can still book it through agoda website and your money is gone ! We arrived there today and had a very unpleasant experience. The guard told us it is.closed. we showed our bank payment proof.we phoned the owner who hung up on us twice. Trying to get our money back through agoda now.

Mosquitos and dirty room. Far from city centre. Only one in the staff spoke any (but poor) English. My room was cleaned every two days. The stairs were not cleaned at all (a dead cockroach gave that away). The bed sheets were stained and torn. Wifi did not work ok.

Our room was not ready on our arrival and the staff did a quick clean up, but the bed covers were torn and stained, there was dust and girls long hair on the floor. After a couple of days we were told to move to another room, no explanation was given, this room was also dirty with a blocked bathroom...

5 years ago we stayed at the Green House. It was very good. Now it is very dirty and run down. We walked into our room to find a used condom on the floor. A major overhaul is needed. There are no tea or coffee facilities. Not recommended at all. When you see a sign outside on the road advertising...

The stairs smell funky and have spider cobs around. The room had a lot of dirt stucked on it. The linens had hair from other persons PRIVATE PARTS! It was discusting. The bathroom was dirty as well. If you want to stay in this area Confort Inn looks like a better option for 3 dollars more.

While not in the "heart" of Phnom Penh's tourist district, the neighborhood surrounding the Russian Market offers a great way to experience the city and feel a little like a local. It's easy to get around and down to the Riverside, by tuk tuk, moto or bicycle. The Green House offers nice, clean rooms in a hotel setting, but with...

I enjoyed my stay and will be staying here again when I come back! Staff were very friendly! There's a computer in the lobby you can use. My only complaint was going up the steps to my room.

When I first was looking for a hotel to stay at in Phnom Penh on Agoda.com in the price range of USD$10-$15 I found this hotel that had very nice pictures of it. So I booked it and when I turned up the lobby was very tidy and welcoming and seemed all good. But after checking into my room I...
