This hotel does not deserve 4 stars. Our room was smelly from what i believe was a dirty never washed carpet. Bath was leaking and not super clean. The toproof restaurant was closed and they had a restaurant just next door. The restaurant was good. Best selling point. Location is ok, not fantastic.

If your expectations are nothing more than a place to rest for the night, I believe this hotel serves it right to the point perfectly. No frills no thrills, but clean and tidy. The mattress may be needing a little attention soon, but it could just be an isolated case. Generally, the hotel's breakfast is also nothing out of the...

Let’s start with the positive first. The only good thing about this hotel is the location. Sadly, that’s the end of the positives! We have been travelling around South East Asia for 4 weeks; across 12 cities and this had to be only hotel which was absolutely terrible. The group had 4 rooms booked in different floors and all had...

Always good to start with the positives. This hotel is centrally located and from our 9th floor room we had great views over the river and Phnom Penh. The lobby was very attractive and the staff very friendly but that’s about it! The rooms are in a state of disrepair – wall paper peeling, bathroom blinds stained and dirty, sheets...

We have been traveling around S E Asia for the last 3 weeks and never encounter any problems with any of the hotels we stayed at. However this hotel was the worse hotel I ever stayed at, so bad that we left the hotel 1 night early and paid for a night at another hotel. There was mould all over...

We booked this place based on some of the TA reviews and namely the photos which present the rooms nicely. What the photos don't show however is the horrible smoke smell in the rooms (we had a total of 4 rooms booked- and they were all bad) The rooms were dirty - to the extent where you can see stains...

This hotel was a great disappointment. We were given a room that had only one bed for two single women travelers. When we moved, we were on a floor that was obviously not used. There were no lights in the hall. The room had old, dried up food from room service left inside. There was a lot of mold in...

Excellent location, just a short Tuk Tuk ride from all the major attractions. Our standard room was a good size. But the general maintenance and cleanliness of the room and hotel was lower than we'd hoped. Still a comfortable calm from the busy city but unpleasantly grubby.

I stayed in a couple of hotels before in PP for business. Today I decided to deviate from my usual business class hotel to try something new for the same price. You know those situations where you walk into a place and you suddenly say to yourself, uh-uh this ain't right? Well, I had such moment the minute I walked...

I would catagorize this property as business friendly. The reception staff were friendly, but efficient. The foyer was airy with lots of light. By contrast the elevators were tiny. The room was modern, large and very clean. I had a great view of the Mekong River. The bath was unlike any I've experienced............it had an interesting "twist" on the side....
