I don't recognize the hotel while reading other reviews. We had a really nice stay and nothing to complian about. The rooftop bar is cosy and the staff is super-friendly and service-minded. The reception area looks a bit boring though, and is not representative for the hotel. The staff arrange quickly taxi for sightseeing or bustickets with transport to the...

How would be your feeling if you pay 25 $ for a single room and you end up: - You arrive to the hotel and the rude lazy staff even dont bother to say welcome to you? - You say: let me put my stuff in the room and when I want to go out (soon!) I will do the...

We had a nice stay here, Although we feel that the room was a little overpriced for what we got it was a good location and the staff where extremely helpful. I would probably advise eating and drinking away from the hotel as little cans of beer will set you back around $3. In the bars they are around 1....

I reserved our groups' room accommodations via its website. Its online payment facility that time was not available so I was kinda worried that my reservation won't hold for us. But I found out when we got there that the reservation was good. The hotel has some sort of discreet location, but it is indeed situated in reasonable distance to...

I stayed at this place for 2 nights. The location of the hotel is good as its close to riverside and also to majority of city's landmarks. The rooms and the hotel is decent. The staff however was very rude and did not support in most of the things, for every issue they said check from the site where you...

Upon arrival we were informed that our payment was still due- an oversight that I hadn't checked- but wasn't made very clear on our 'booking.com' paperwork. Hotel didn't accept credit card for payment so we had to walk to the nearest ATM to get the cash. During our waiting time while they rummaged around looking for their records of our...

We had booked a standard room but were offered a free upgrade to a suite with separate living room and bedroom which looked out onto the rooftop bar. Everything in the room was functional and the bathroom clean. Throughout our stay though I had the impression of a cheap hotel trying to look fancy, with nice but quite basic features....

It was a stopover from Sihanoukville to Bangkok. While I definitely had Happy Herb Pizza on my mind, I discovered that the location of the hotel was quite inside & tucked away from the main road & riverfront. That was the minus part. Tuk-tuks were available though at a higher price. The hotel in itself was nice, comfortable and clean....

I feel bad that we chose price over the quality for our vacation in what I consider to be a dump of a hotel. Almost everything is broken at this hotel. We arranged an airport pickup through the hotel and the car did not show. They gave us the wrong key to our room and we walked in on other...

The thing that let's it down was the wifi which was on and off the whole time, and was really weak in our bedroom. The room was nice, and not noisy at all. The bathroom did smell of sewage when the shower is run, and the floor under the sink had marks on that weren't cleaned the entire 5 days...
