We stayed here for a few nights and the hotel was in a central location for exploring Phnom Penh. Breakfast was acceptable and you can upgrade for a few dollars if you're really hungry. Can't really knock the hotel for anything and its a good budget choice. Only issue was our personal reaction to seeing our room in person compared...

I stayed here twice in January. Booked through hotel website. Good rooms with nice shower room. Flat screen TV. I thought it was very quiet. Was not disturbed at night. It's in a great location and all staff very friendly and helpful. If I go back to Phnom penh I will stay here. They also helped with booking onward transport.

I had already pre-paid on Agoda but after 28 hours of travelling I was very tired and after being requested to pay for my stay in cash I mistakenly paid for my stay a second time. Being tired I only checked my main bank account and not my spare emergency bank account for card payment for the hotel which I...

Unfortunately this review is TOTALLY UNTRUE. I worked with Englishman, David Trainor, albeit remotely via email and proved to him by CCTV video clips that what he alleges DID NOT HAPPEN. We have 2 CCTV cameras covering the Reception area to cover these situations. He was sent clips of the times covering his arrival and other items. He did not...

I have stayed here more than several times. As mentioned in title, this hotel is very close to local market, riverside walk and of course bars for after dark activities. There are quite numbers of hotel near by but this hotel provides coziness for reasonable and affordable price. Hotel staffs are nice and friendly and relatively speaking good English which...

Many thanks for your review. Especially like the advice to try us. Even for 1 night :-) If you mention this review when you book via our website.... I will include a free beer and snack from the restaurant Cozy is a word that keeps recurring in our reviews. I think it is appropriate. Regards Roy

This hotel is great if you are a sex tourist for it is located right on the heart of the red light district. It is a very seedy place all around. If you are a solo traveler, expect men on the street of the hotel to look at you as if you were one of the young girls offering their...

A few facts maybe. The Hotel is not in the heart of the "red light" district. The Hotel has a range of ages and types of visitors. We get many families and couples. We do not deny that some men come to Phnom Penh for company. But Visitors need to know that many of our Older Europeans with Cambodian Ladies(actually...

Strategic location, walking distance to night market, traditional market, central market, or see the sunset at the river park. For Muslim, near a Halal Restaurant. The hotel staff is very friendly and fast respond to help open the bathroom door accidentally locked. Love their cheese omelets and coffee ...

Stayed 10 days, walking distance to attractions in downtown Phnom Penh. Nearby are several rooftop restaurants with great city views, Also, restaurants from several countries' cuisines. A short tuk tuk ride (USD2.00) to the National Museum and Traditional Dance performance venue (well worth it). The included breakfast choices with hot coffee were much appreciated! We usually ate breakfast at the...

We checked into this establishment, dropped our gear, unpacked and stretched out on our beds for a moment after a long bus ride from Siem Reap. Within 20 minutes we both had numerous bites on all over our legs. We went for a walk to see a couple sites and decide what to do about this as we had 3...

Thank you for your review. We were so sorry to hear about the bug situation. Unfortunately we get about 3 or 4 occasions a year when this happens. As mentioned we close the room immediately and get the fumigation team in. The room stays fumigated for a minimum of 3 days. As best as we can determine bugs get introduced...

Staffs are friendly. Pretty old and lift smell. TV remote not working well and room smell when you return after a day out. Takes a while for the smell to go. The price is cheaper so I didn't expect much too. Overall, 1 night is fine but hope they can improve on the lift and air quality in the room.

Thank you for your feedback. I will double check but I do expect the elevator to be santised regularly as guests do spill food and other substances there. I have also instructed our maintenance man to check all the remotes both for TV and aircon to ensure the batteries are fresh. Have also checked to make sure all aircons are...
