The Cozyna is a well-preserved colonial hotel directly on the boulevard in front of Tonle Sap River. In a neat and inviting reception hall friendly staff are ready to attend guests and visitors. The hotel has four floors which are only accessible via a stone stairwell, there is no elevator. The stairwell and the corridors are stone tiled and have... More

Great location on the River road. Good prices too, for a nice big balcony with 2 chairs and a table. Fridge with 2 free waters each day. Tub and shower with good pressure and dedicated water heater. Decent towels and toiletries. Older TV with movie and news channels and some US TV shows. The A/C was over the bed and... More

Hotel is clean, staff is nice, location is perfect, price is great - but there is nothing really outstanding about the hotel! We had a small windowless room with small bathroom. No breakfast, but there are lots of restaurants nearby.

This is a nice place to stay. Clean room, nice staff and price is good. Stayed there for 2 nights and I will return for sure. The pillows are a bit high to me but could be fine for others. Staff are quite friendly and helpful.

Three night stay booked online. Had pre-booked a room (deluxe room) on the third floor with uninterrupted views of the main riverside road (Sisowath Quay) and the river. Very spacious balcony and all for a total of £77.00 GBP for three nights. Very comfortable bed with fridge and quite strong wifi. The room has a classy feel with lots of... More

The area is a tourist hotspot and has all the bars, tuk tuks, restaurants, cafes and souvenirs you'll need, while you stay in Phnom Penh. Get a great riverfront view on the third floor, where you can see the Tonle Sap and Mekong River meet. My room was relatively clean, but the bathroom needed some maintenance. Room service is limited,... More

This hotel is simple, clean and friendly. The highlight is the position which is right on the river and if you can get a balcony room you'll find that it's as good as any rooftop bar. Would certainly recommend it but not if you don't like stairs. There is no lift.

The location was very convenient. On the river, near attractions and transport. The room was small but clean and comfortable. The staff at reception were very helpful. The shower was hung in a stupid way that meant you had to hold it as left on the hook it would just go over the floor. No elevator.

We had a 2nd floor room with balcony and just loved the view of the riverfront. (But if traffic noise bothers you, maybe it's not for you). Room was basic, clean, well equipped, and spacious enough. Great value for money.

This is a beautiful Khmer hotel with lots of dark rich wood. The rooms were nice and as usual we wanted a balcony and got it. Room has very good A/C. TV in room with some international channels. Strong free WiFi. Not a very big room but spacious enough. The rooms are well maintained and cleaned daily. For a budget... More
