Cockroaches in your hotel room is not okay. First room had a door that wouldn't lock or unlock. Second room had cockroaches pouring in through a hole under the bath. Staff were as helpful as they could be, but a nearly empty can of raid doesn't sort the cockroaches.

Stayed at the Town View 2 for a couple of nights while in Phnom Penh. The hotel is located on a side street and is well placed to get around most parts of the city centre. The reception area is tasteful and the reception staff are generally friendly and helpful. I had a problem with the room air-conditioning but this...

This hotel needs some renovation, modernisation and some responsive staff. The rooms are ok and the bed comfortable but our window looked out onto the wall of the building next door. The shower was great with an enormous shower head but no where to put your toiletries and the loo roll holder was rusty and manky. Room had a safe,...

This was our first hotel in Cambodia on a Intrepid tour. It is clean with friendly and helpful staff. there is a minmart just a few steps away from the hotel and there are always tuktuks outside the hotel. Costs US $3 to go to the water front or palace.

I stayed here for two nights in early January and it was nothing to write home about. The hotel is showing its age and is in need of a repaint as a lot of marks on the walls make it look untidy. We started our stay with only the end of the toilet paper roll and this was never replenished...

Everything is just very untidy. From the aircon going to the bed itself and smelly was just awful. Price is too high for a budget hotel. But since I stayed here for a conference, I had no choice but to be here. I strongly do not recommend this hotel.

Stayed in this hotel several times in recent years - it is clean and inexpensive. An ideal location to explore the city of Phnom Penh and also ideal for pick ups to airport or coach to Siem Reap. I stayed in November and as I was spending a couple of days in Siem Reap - I asked if they would...

I stayed here last August for 2 nights while volunteering in Cambodia, altogether there were 20 17 year olds and the staff where brilliant. The rooms where basic but clean and felt quite safe. The air conditioning was great and not much noise could be heard even with the window open. I would recommend to people who are travelling and...

First room I was given was not very clean and the air conditioning did not work well. Had trouble explaining to the maintenance man what the problem with the air conditioning was as his English wasn't perfect, however luckily I was on a tour and our guide was able to talk to him and get me into another room which...

The rates are very reasonable, but like I indicated in the title you get what you pay for. Being rated as a 3 star hotel it should have been better than it was. We were with a tour group and some of our fellow travelers had more troubles than we did. We stayed for 2 nights and the second day...
