A decent hotel for the price I am paying. Got a room on the 9th floor. Clean and spacious with a king size bed. Staff are friendly and the breakfast included is good both with Asian and western dishes.

Nice helpful staff and free water and safety boxes provided. Very basic, run down rooms/bathrooms. Fine for a night but not more. We stayed as part of an Intrepid tour so had no choice but if I was staying in PP again, I would stay somewhere q bit more comfortable. Breakfast is available at the cafe across the road or...

Clean, tidy, friendly staff a tricky hotel as there are 3 and drivers always take you to the wrong one regardless of giving them the correct address or not..reasonably central to everything, Tuk Tuks at the door so no problem getting around in a tricky place to find your way...

Stayed here with OAT trip. Very popular with Asians. Filthy. One light in room. "Buffalo chips" on back of toilet and on base. Called housekeeping twice still not cleaned. Rock hard mattress and pillows. Across the street from a great restaurant. There are many other better $24 hotels in Phomn Penh. Got 2* because of a small nice rooftop pool...

Townview Hotel 1 Was very surprised they have a lift. First one we've come across. That sure makes it easier with luggage. Rooms were fine but had trouble communicating with reception staff- tried ordering home delivery pizza but ended up going to bed without dinner. We'd had a long and busy day and on way back to our room saw...

Very clean and room was quite spacious even nice little balcony overlooking the street, not many rooms have this. Bathroom failed, no hot water at the sink and lighting very poor so shaving was a challenge. Shower had hot water. 2 lifts but they serviced separate parts of the hotel so was a 1 lift and waiting times were long....

This is a basic hotel that we've stayed in on two separate occasions with a tour company. Both times I encountered the same issues: bathrooms don't seem to be cleaned with hair and filth everywhere. They also leave the last guest's soap bar out (covered with body hairs and all..). They also do not use a proper bed sheet leaving...

Just an average hotel - not much around for Restaurants but a tuk tuk ride is just a few dollars to get around to most places. The wifi is good and the AC worked great. Hotel staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

Had to sleep in my own bed sack, clumps of black hair in bed. Shower drain completely clogged with hair. Ants crawling and I found a dead cockroach. Still come off the bed with bites. Unfortunately our tour hotel, don't go there if you have a choice

I always stay at this hotel every time I'm in PP. The hotel is very near the boulevard and the Palace and there are lots of eating places around. The owner/manager Nimol is very personal and attentive to our needs and is realiable as well SO i will definitely recommend this to my friends.
