We were 3 girls and found a room here that fit 3 comfortably. The lobby is super trendy and cute. The place is walking distance from waterfront, Royal Palace, parks, and restaurants. Pool area is beautiful and breakfast was served poolside - eggs any way, tons of fruit, bread basket, and freshly squeezed passion fruit juice. Delicious! The staff spoke...

Advantages: 1. Compact 2. There is a pool 3. Away from streets 4. Childfree Disadvantages: 1. wi-fi 2. problems with payment cards We arrived to Phnom Penh in the evening. Hotel was booked through the hotel’s website from Moscow. Reservation was by e-mail. We just printed correspondence and took it with us. Entrance to the hotel from the narrow street....

We stayed here on 2 separate nights and the hotel was kind enough to store luggage for us between our trips, which was really appreciated. From the laneway, with construction going on next door, it doesn't look great, but once you step in to reception then out to the pool area it is a real surprise. The first night was...

We just loved this hotel. The staff were the friendliest ever and made us so welcome and at home. We had a pool villa which was so lovely to have. There was only a small patch of sun there during the day but I enjoyed sitting there for 30 minutes after walking the city to relax in the sunshine reading...

The hotel is trying and we wanted to like it, however, while we arrived to very welcoming and competent staff, we also arrived to a room with stains on the bedcovers (which cost nothing to replace at the local market), a non-working TV, a toilet that gurgled and spit out water every 5 minutes (you had to hope you weren't...

Dear Guest, we have just recruited an expatriate maintenance manager to take care of the maintenance of our hotels as it was indeed an everyday challenge to keep everything up right and running. I hope this will solve the problem! Cheers, Alexis (owner)

Staff is friendly and communicate very well in English. Breakfast was included and very good. We were greeted with guava juice (i think that is what it was) at check-in, which was absolutely delicious! The rooms were very modern--i loved the concrete furniture. Honestly this place was nicer than what I really require in a hotel, but it was nice...

So many good things to say about the Blue Lime. First, it's super-reasonably priced—I think we got rooms for 2-3 people for $60-70. For that, you get a pretty trendy place. The pool is nice, they make pretty decent caipirinhas, and the breakfast is tasty (although if you had it every day you might get a little bored.) Rooms were...

We stayed here for two nights in November 2012 in a private pool room. Well worth getting the pool room, particularly in the steamy heat of Phnom Penh. The price was also fantastic. The hotel itself is very clean with beautiful grounds and a main swimming pool area. The lounges around the main pool were a great place for an...

The surprise is that this gorgeous little hotel exists down an otherwise grotty alley way. The pool is a bonus after a hot day around the markets or sight seeing the countryside. Great breakfast, lovely staff, nice decor. It is centrally located in town and is an easy walk to the FCC, Royal Palace and shopping street 240.

We stayed for only one night, but enjoyed the place. The hotel is ideally located one block away from the National Palace. Staff is friendly and helpful (they had our breakfast ready early in the morning as we had planned to leave at 6).
