This hotel looks like it has been totally renovated. Our suite was excellent, very large with a hugh bathroom ( bathtub and shower ), there was a great work area as well as a separate sitting area. The sound insulation was fantastic as we did not hear any noise from the busy street below. Breakfast was excellent and was a...

we were hoping to enjoy our room on the Mekong but we were put in a back room with 2 small side windows with frosted glass you couldn't even see out of. The hotel itself is in a good location but is very run down and very poorly managed. Staff tried to do their best but weren't able to supply...

I was part of a small group who came here. Although we had all reserved the suite rooms on the front rather than the smaller rooms on the back, one of our party ended up having to have a smaller room. The difference is like chalk and cheese. One is small and dark with no real windows and no where...

We splurged and went with the suite with a balcony overlooking the Tonle Sap River. This boutique hotel has a modern1960's vibe. The breakfast was very good. The suite room was huge with a very modern shower. The hotel booked a tuk tuk driver to take us to the Killing Fields and S21. They also booked a driver to take...

This place is not cheap, but our room was spacious and had an excellent view. I don't think I could have found a better room. The roof top bar is alright for views and a drink or two, but the pool is an absolute joke and looks more like a decorative pond or something. Our balcony was fantastic for sitting...

I was a bit disappointed with this hotel but it might be right depending on what you are looking for. The price was decent and it included a tasty breakfast and free wifi. The service from the staff was very good. But it didn't quite live up to my expectations based on the pictures on the website and trip advisor's...

Room Twelve (312 resp. 3rd floor) has a lot of mold. The hotel is dirty and sticky. Badly maintained. Laisser-faire-behaviour of the staff. At happy hour on December 24th, 2012, there was no service in the rooftop bar ... At 0630 am you can't get breakfast. But they start at 0600 ... Very loud (street, thin windows, rooftop bars of...

I liked this boutique hotel. Let me dive right in and talk about my favorite thing about it: I love, love, love the shower. It's one of those "raincloud" type heads, with the water coming out directly overhead. The surface of the shower head is about 30 cm across. The décor of the shower is an evergreen mish-mash (for lack...

I've now stayed at the Quay three times. Its owned by the FCC chain. In fact the first time I stayed here I'd booked at the FCC but turned down the room as it was way too noisy...and I do mean noisy! The FCC directed me to this place. their sister hotel just up the street which is much nicer....

the Quay Hotel is nicely located. Very close to the bars and restaurants, and the Royal Palace is just 10 mins walk away. We had quite a bit of expectation of this hotel as it is recommended by quite a number of guide books. we got a suit room facing the river, very spacious, with huge bathroom. However, when we...
